Came here at 8:15pm last night through the drive thru. We ordered the $30 "fill up" family meal. We were told to park as they needed additional time to prepare our order so we parked fully understanding and "at the time" appreciative that they were taking the time to fill our order accurately. We sat in the parking spot for 30 minutes, nobody came out. Doors were locked so I tapped on the drive thru window. Everybody was working diligently to close which I could understand since it was now close to 9 which is when they close. I opened the drive thru window and got a females attention. She got the male that told us to park and he literally looked at me like he's never seen me before. He asked me what I ordered. After a moment he stated, "that should have gone out a while ago". I went back to our car. 5 minutes passed and we drove back around through the drive thru simply because we were done waiting and we wanted our money back. By the time we got around the male had our bags ready and out the window. When we got home and sat down to eat the quality of food is nothing I would ever even feed to my dog. Cold and soggy chicken. Hard cold mac and cheese that was obviously refrigerated then threw in a bag. Cold biscuits. We didn't even receive what we ordered. There was one thigh that was harder than a hockey puck yet we ordered 4. There were old dried up wings, we never ordered wings. No utensils, no sauce that we asked for. I can go on and on. I'm not picky about my food but I've never been more disgusted in my life when it came to fast food. I will never go here again and I would hate to for someone else to have this...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I went into KFC today. First of all the floor in the lobby was so greasy that my shoes were sliding as I was standing there. We paid over $27 for our meal and took it home since you can not eat there at this time. Maybe because of all the kitchen equipment that is in the dining room. The chicken little I ordered without pickle definitely had pickles on it. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered didn't have bacon on it. I called the manager and at first she said she was sorry about it and to bring the receipt in and they would fix it. I explained that I lived 4 miles outside of town and asked if I had to come back now. She stated it was KFC's policy that I come back the same business day. Once we decided we would go back to town she then said to make sure to bring the entire meal with me. I told her that I didn't realize there was no bacon on it until I gave it to my boyfriend to finish. She stated it was KFC's policy to bring the food back and the receipt the same business day so there was nothing she could do. In my opinion she could have at least offered to give me the bacon I paid for. Instead she put me on speaker phone and just kept saying "Sorry there is nothing I can do" I will never go to this KFC again and suggest that others...
Read moreSeverely disappointed with the lack of customer service at this establishment. Not only were we greeted by lackluster employees and angry faces, but we were also not informed at the point of ordering that they were out off the food we were ordering. Instead of saying that they were out they let us pay for it and just did not put it on the tray. When I went to the counter to ask about the missing items from my order I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while employees looked at me and made no effort to ask if I needed assistance. It was not until the same employee looked at me 3 times that he finally asked me if i had any questions or needed assistance. I asked about our missing items and he said "oh we are out. Do you want a biscuits or something" I told him no I just would have liked to have been informed that we were not getting our full order. I was not given a receipt with my order so I went back up to purchase something so I could do the survey but was not given a receipt so I asked for it and was given one without any code or any way to do the survey. This is why I'm on google writing a review. NOT happy and will not return...
