China Shuttle — Restaurant in Albany

NEVER eating here again. The guy taking our order was exceptionally friendly. The overall service, however, was terrible. First off, in the kitchen area, the woman working there sneezed very loudly & disgustingly without covering her nose/mouth. After quietly deliberating amongst ourselves, my boyfriend & I decided to overlook this. Next, a small child that we had noticed hanging around the kitchen came to the front (where the food is on display & your order is taken.) The child moved a bucket into plain sight, behind the food, & hogged up a great amount of MUCUS & spit and proceeded to cough it into the bucket... directly in front of us. Since my card had already been swiped for my meal, I decided to take the food to avoid any argument/altercation, even though I knew I was not going to eat it. I remained courteous the entire time. At the end of my transaction, I asked for a receipt. The woman & the guy (of whom I assume to own the restaurant) then started to talk in their native language, and after a few moments, they provided me with a receipt. I have patronized this place several times before and this is by far my worst experience. Needless to say, this will also be my LAST experience because I will never spend...

The food here is not fresh. I wasted my money and when I showed them my plate and told them it was not good they offered up more fresh food, but at that time I told her I just wanted my money back. She said she couldn't give money back and told me to take the food home and someone would eat it. I told her I was taking it home to feed my dogs. I will NEVER go here again. The Albany Mall needs to do something about this restaurant. I would tell everybody not to waste...
