Just got scammed by Jimmy Johns!! Says there's a special with buying an 8 inch sandwich comes with free chips and drink! That's a lie! I called in before placing any orders to find out if this location was a participating store with this special!! Dumbo said it was but failed to mention would need to come in or order over the phone! So thinking it was all good to place the order online, did so!! Then only to find out when picking up the sandwiches there's no free drinks or chips because the order had been placed online!! It's deceitful since no one mentioned it before placing the order! What does it matter anyway the special is clear order an 8 inch sandwich receive free drink and chips but it wasn't honored because it was placed online!! After working all day, I shouldn't have to deal with stupidity, if you have a promotion you should honor it bottom line!! One and last time you scam me Jimmy Johns!! This is the worst Jimmy John's experience I've ever had. I've been a customer for at least 10 years and I can tell you that the management is pathetic. They're trainees at the register do not know what they're doing. After watching other people who came in after me get their food ordered, get drinks and go sit down and I'm still standing there waiting for for the employees to try to figure out how to actually type in and order correctly and ring it up on the register and didn't even know what the rewards points were or how to utilize them. I finally had to leave. I left without my food. I left without my free items. It was a horrible experience! Ordered through app. Unfortunatetly, on arrival, they were out of Tuna I ordered, but they were extremely flexible about swapping out for another sandwich without any extra cost...

Had to wait a few moments, so they offered a free drink while waiting. The wait was almost non existent as they finished the two sandwhiches in just 1-2 minutes. They definetly earned their freaky fast stars today!
