Love love love this place! I like that this location is open till 8 p.m. unlike the one on San Mateo which is open till 7 pm. When we got into the drive-up line we got there about 5 till 8. I was worried that the lady coming out to take orders would not let us order. But they did a really good job of getting everybody's order and getting people through the drive-thru line very fast! I'm not joking, when we got there there was at least 15 cars in the Drive-Thru line. It was super busy and I was amazed at how fast we got to get our delicious shaved ice! The person who lives taking orders at our vehicles even offered to go get us a menu, which I thought was very nice of her! They are all super friendly! I love the fact that they have so many different flavors and they don't just have shaved ice! They have smoothies, iced coffees of some sort, and of course I cannot post this review without mentioning the Snowballs you can purchase! You can get a pack of 25 or 60 snowballs that comes in a special cooler , I'm not sure of the price as it wasn't on the menu. But I thought that was an awesome idea! They also have party packs so that you can make your own Bahama Buck's shaved ice at your own party or event. This is the best shaved ice I've ever had! It's not chunky at all it is completely smooth and very fine ice. They also put a lot of flavor and I love the touch of the little umbrella and the color changing spoon! I cannot say enough good things about this place! I definitely recommend stopping by I'm giving it a try. Their prices are great and you get a lot for what you pay for! It's one of my favorite places for Hawaiian shaved ice. My daughter worked here for a few years and probably the first year it opened at least twice a month I would stop by and get 4 avalanches, all different flavors and I would enjoy them all year round. Well, today I was driving by, and I always look at the line, If there's no line, I'll stop by. Well, they actually had one vehicle in front of me. So I ordered an avalanche, it's like the largest shaved ice you can order. And I waited and waited. Finally, the young man came to the windows and gave the customer in front of me their order. It was like 10 mins, then I pulled up, waited another five mins, and the young man was busy taking care of customers inside, before finally coming to the window so I could pay for my order. I asked if some employees called in sick, and his answer was the manager scheduled 2 people from opening till 2:00 pm, then more employees would come in, and I could not believe it. Middle of June temp is in the 90s and crazy busy inside a lide of at least 5 cars behind me and 2 employees. Manager needs to be fired. I don't stop if there's a line and there's always line because they are short employees. That's ridiculous. We like Bahama Bucks as a chain and they have a good variety on their menu. This review is about this specific store, though. Bad service, bad food, bad experience.

Waited 25 minutes in a line of 5 or 6 cars (seems excessive). Ordered 2 snow cones. Both were made wrong, one was just unflavored white snow that was missing flavoring for the bottom 2/3s. Drove back to get it remade. We were told we'd have to get back in line behind the customers that were after us and wait, and it would be at least another 45 minutes. Even worse, they were angry we weren't happy with it and they told us we should be grateful we got anything and that they couldn't guarantee it would be made right the next time. Maybe a few of them were collectively having a bad day, but it was unprovoked and an explosively angry response to a simple issue.

Not willing to wait 45 minutes, I was able to convince them to give a refund, but they couldn't even do that correctly.

This location has problems. Bad training, bad staff, no customer service skills, no understanding that they need to correct mistakes they make.
