We were dining in and ordered 2 shroom burgers, fish and chips, and hot wings. We had an amazing waitress named victoria who served us, however as we ate we encountered some mistakes with our order. The first mistake was that my burger had the garlic mayo in it when i had specifically asked for it on the side. Now, this is no big deal. However, we encountered several much bigger mistakes later. The second mistake was that the fish n' chips we ordered had were somehow spicy? It was fine at first bite but after you had swolled your food mouth full it left an afterburn. Which had gotten worse the more you ate it. I simply have no idea how one can mess up fish n' chips in this manor. The waitress had said she can have the kitchen re-make it, my boyfriend who had ordered the meal didnt want to make a fuss of it so decided to try and finish it. He only ate one more bite and didnt eat anymore of it. Luckily, his fried were ok. The third mistake was when the waitress brought back my burger that was remade. I had ate half of it without realizing it was under cooked. The middle was similiar to a little above medium rare. I had decided to hold my tongue on the matter until I could speak to the manager. A little before I had found this mistake our wonderful waitress notified me she spoke to the manager and he was going to speak to us. So I had decided to wait till he showed up. We waited roughly 10-20mins in total for the manager to speak to us. Around the 10 min mark I flagged down our waitress to confirm about the manager speaking to us. I was going to just leave, however, she assured us he was and was confused why he didn't already speak to us. We saw her speak to the manager amd point to our table, he proceeded to do a waiving motion and turn back to standing where he was. We had observed him standing behind the hostess station across from our table nearly the entire time we had been waiting. This only confirmed that was indeed the manger. We decided to leave after waiting far too long. I manged to see his name tag when walking past him when leaving the establishment. His name was "Ricco" a stupid name for an equally stupid and incompetent manager. The fourth and final mistake was that me and my sister who had the same burger shortly after leaving. Got horrible stomach aches feeling like crap, I had a slight fever and am still suffering whilst writting this review. So it is highly likely they didn't reach the right temp and were undercooked in both burgers. As someone in the hospitality and food industry, this greatly frustrated me. This is completely unacceptable for the number of mistakes with in a single order and customer service from the manager. It’s ironic that the owner will respond to others, but not myself. Hire employees who know how to treat your customers properly and you wouldn’t be having this issue.
We had family in town and wanted to try out Bubbas. We went in on Friday 12/2 around 6 pm. We were told it would be about a 25 to 35 min wait. Which was understandable given we were a large group and it was a Friday night. After about 35 mins we were told by the hostess Audrey that they were getting our table ready (mind you, we didn’t ask. She just came up to us to tell us they were doing so.) After waiting an additional 15 mins, watching multiple groups be seated before us, and watching the 2 hosts discuss and try to figure out where to seat us (but I thought they were already getting our table ready 15 mins ago? Hmm) I asked Audrey “is our table ready yet? You said you were getting our table ready 15 mins ago.” To which she responded “first of all we did not say that.” To which I responded “yes you did.” Audrey continued to talk down to me and treat me with a very demeaning behavior. I asked to speak to the manager. In the time that I was waiting to speak to the manager, Audrey stood there glaring at me with her arms crossed. Once the manager arrived, I explained the situation. I let her know that Audrey has no customer service skills and quiet frankly was acting like a b**. The manager told me she would handle it and that she was setting up a table for us. The manager left to get the table ready. All the while Audrey stayed there glaring at us and making snide remarks. Once Our table was ready, we did not feel comfortable eating there bc of the way we were being treated and we did not want to risk our food being contaminated. The manager should have had Audrey go to a different area since she was causing the problems. The manager did not handle the situation properly. Read moreThis is a corporate sports themed restaurant. It is VERY corporate. The hostess, manager and server all had what were obviously a script that they say to every guest. It was Sunday during football season when my wife and I went and the place was packed. We were told 15-20 min wait, but it was much faster before they had a table ready. There are wall to wall T..V.s all showing sports, and it is very loud in there. My wife and I are not sports fans, so I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere, I wouldn't have minded if the volume wasn't ear splitting. The server greeted us very quickly and had our drinks back so fast. We ordered a queso appetizer and it was also delivered very quickly. It was queso on a cast iron skillet, which made us think it would be super hot, but it wasn't. It tasted good, had chorizo on top and was warm, but it could have been hotter. We decided to order another appetizer instead of a full meal because it was just so frickin loud in there and we chose a 6 piece wings with fries. The fries were right out of the fryer, piping hot, and the wings were as well. Again, the food was delivered with a quickness that was impressive. These wings were delicious. We chose the "hot" flavor of sauce which was mildly spicy for a New Mexican, but the flavor was off the hook. This was not just Frank's sauce, it stuck to the wing more like a glaze, spicy, with a bit of sweet. It wasn't just wings sitting in a puddle of wet red stuff like most places that do just wings. They blew Wing Stop, Bdubs and Hooters out of the water man. The fries were frickin delicious, too, hot AF and spiced with a delightful seasoning.
