I downloaded the app so that I can order my food I line. So I made an order to pick upI. I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes . I've probably got there about 30 minutes later and there is a note on the to go cash cash register saying that the bartender would take care mall to go orders. I proceeded to go into the bar area and couldn't find the bartender. I walked to the kitchen and found somebody there and ask about my to go order. They said I had a find the bartender. After a few minutes I asked somebody else they could help me, They said I had to find the bartender to help me that's when she walked into the Room and served a drink to some people there and then went to take order for another couple and as she walked by me I try to get her attention and she helped another woman and then I said excuse me and she said I'll be right with you. I Couldn't understand why they expected the bartender to do everything so I walked Toward the kitchen again and asked a gentleman to help me with my to go order because it was probaby getting very cold at that point. He proceeded to help me when the bartender told him "I told her I'd be right with her". . He continued to help me and after having to wait for the bartender anyway to process the payment I left. I had specifically check the Box that said I wanted silverware and i personally check the Box that I wanted ranch dressing Add extra ranch dressing.But when I got to where I was going there is no ranch dressing so I couldn't eat my salad. The pasta was dry and should have been a chicken Cajun pasta was more like Alfredo with very little sauce. The only thing I was able to eat was the chocolate cake. if their food would have been good I could somewhat overlook the service but since they were both dead I had To post a review. I was emailed a survey which I Filled out about my order at chillies that day. My response was just like it is now and I never heard anything back...

Showed up at bar area, out of the three tables bartender is responsible for serving, two had previous customers items on it. I stand by the one I wish my family to sit at. 6-7 minutes go by and no one addresses the man standing up in the aisle. Bartender then decides it's necessary to clean the table thar doesn't have a person standing next to it. Ok. She then returns to the bar. I ask her at this point, "when you get the chance, can you please have someone clear the table in the back." Bartender then looks at me and turns away without saying a word....are you kidding me...in what world do you get to not acknowledge someone who speaks to you... especially in the service business.
Someone else finally clears the table. Bartender continues to provide subpar service coming back to our table the absolute minimum amount. Another incident occurred while we're there. A couple comes in and sits at the booth in front of us. Again, it isn't clean but they sit down anyway. Female had been there about 7-10 mins before the man arrived. Then they both say there, with previous customers trash on their table, for another 7-10 mins before they finally gave up and left. Within 1 minute of them leaving bartender cleans the table. Menomee must really love playing these little pretty games at the expense of her customers satisfaction.
Honestly, if you don't enjoy serving people and making their experience...an experience...get a desk job and not deal with people. Customers are paying for overpriced chicken wings and burgers for not just the food but an experience. If you can't add to that but detract from it, move on. Read moreAwful service, and ran out of certain foods. We went at 5:30 in the evening on December 20, 2021. They were out of both potato soup and chicken enchilada soup. It's 5:30 in the evening and you're out? It got worse from there. Service was awful. Took 25 minutes to get a drink refill, and it wasn't because the waiter came on his own - I had to hunt him down. The entire 2 hours we were there, I got one drink refill. ONE! Told waiter to come back for me to finish ordering what I wanted. Had to flag him down 15 minutes later, as we were ignored. He acted surprised like we'd already ordered. Food took almost 45 minutes to get it, and when we did, the steaks were not cooked the way we asked, and had to send them back. While they cooked the steaks some more, they left the side dishes on the plate to get cold, and did not replace them with hot food. We never saw our waiter again. He couldn't bother to refill our drinks or see if we needed anything else, but he had time to stand off to the side texting people on his cell phone. Worse service we've ever had, and I don't think I will ever return to Chili's after this. And we were not the only ones. There were several other people near us who were also not happy with the service they received, or the fact they were out of soups and other items at the beginning of dinner.
