Me and my child walked in to this location where another customer was complaining to employees About her chicken being too oily while squeezing some pieces showing them the extra oil. An older employee then grabbed her box of chicken. Started and putting the food that the lady touched back under the heat lab. While the other younger employee kept saying Hey, Tim or Jim. I'm not sure what name he used. I was in complete shock. "Chill out" this order employee was acting as if the place was super busy Even, though it was around five o'clock, it was literally just three customers, I refused to order any food because of what I just witnessed. I then asked for a medium hi-c, While making fun of the way I pronounced the drink. The older guy came back with a Coke. I explained to him I wanted a Hi-C The order employee then yelled at me saying "yeah it's ice" Another employee then took over and we made my drink. My main concern is that this place mey not be safe to eat at if they are willing to put food back after it was contaminated with a customers. Hands squeezing on the chicken imagine. Read moreThey lady who I beleive is the manager, but i could be wrong was rolling her eyes and giving a attitude that we were asking for too much just by asking to get spicy chicken because they did not have any dropped what so ever, the gentleman who helped me at the drive through was amazing just that his "manager" kept trying to explain that the spicy chicken would take 18 minutes to cook and when I told her I would like to go with the spicy chicken, she rolled her eyes and turned around in a rude manner, I decided to go ahead an go with the regular do to the fact that I thought she would spit in my food, after the fact we decided to go with the regular, she had us pull in front of the store and wait another 15 minutes. This all happened on 5-2-19 at 5:20pm in the drive through and will never go back to this location but most likely will go to your guy's other location from now on, this location has the worst management. Read moreYesterday when I went to go order they had four cars in line. I waited about 10-15 minutes to get up to the speaker. They told me to please wait. I waited 10 minutes before I started saying hello. Got No response. I didn’t get it I’m so sorry we’re backed up can you please wait a few more minutes, nothing. So I decided to pull up to the window where I was ignored for another five minutes and I had to start honking and I was looked at and no one came to address me for a few more minutes. Not to mention, the people behind me drove off. I don’t know what’s in the air around here in Albuquerque but the rude customer service needs to stop. And you wonder why your business is down? You should look at how you treat the people to give you money 💰 As customers are the ones that keep your paychecks going & business in the door.. if i Could give this location 1 million -0 stars I would..I love church’s if it’s made correctly...How this location runs is a direct reflection of the staff they have working in there.
