Panda Express — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Panda is always a hit or miss. Most of the time a miss though. I recently visited this location and when I was given my food through drive thru the young lady was rude, had no idea how customer service worked. When I looked at my food, it did not look satisfying at all. I got the teriyaki chicken in a bowl with fried rice. The chicken was all fat. My partner got the string bean chicken also a bowl with fried rice. I didn't get the chance to see what his looked like but I'm assuming since he spent the whole night sick to his stomach that it was old or undercooked. I took a bite of my fried rice and noticed it was bad. You really need to reeducate your employee on food safety before you find yourself with a lawsuit for someone becoming very ill. Usually panda are tight with their chili and soy sauce packets....they must of known the food they served us was bad because they gave us so many packets of each that it pretty much weighed down my bag. Obviously serving bad food is as easy as taking my hard earned money. Pathetic. Do your job correctly or I could go to the extent of taking your money just as easily by getting your mediocre ass fired. I will be by today for a refund. And never will return to...

Updated 5-6-23 Unbelievable! An hour and a half before closing (8:30 PM Saturday night), they were out of 4 different items we tried to order. Unbelievable. So we ended up with a choice of only 3 different entrées and only rice. And it was all old and rubbery. How stupid! Done with this location.

Update 3-18-23 Down grading from 3 stars to 1. Went through the drive through about 35 minutes before closing. We were told that all they had left was rice and shrimp whatever (I’m allergic to shrimp, do that was a no go). Unbelievable. 3 other vehicles ahead of us all left without purchasing anything, it was bizarre. Whatever happened to the customer? Whatever happened to adult managers who could use their brains? This is the 3rd (and last time) that this location has been out of almost its entire menu 30-60 minutes ahead of closing. I guess it’s impossible to cook small amount to order (of what is probably pre cooked/prepped processed food anyway…hmmm).

Defiantly don’t get the broccoli beef. They literally only give u broccolis. Right now I am seeing 6 pieces of broccoli and like 2-3 small pieces of meat. I love broccolis but... come on guys. You guys did this to me twice in a row already.

Edit: they literally give you mainly broccolis. Do not get the broccoli beef.

Edit (03/06/2022) a little update, I visited this store around 9PM and I noticed that they were already cleaning. Kind of strange how the store closes at 9:30 PM and they were already cleaning. I just don’t get it. Why not start cleaning at 9:30 PM? I thought you guys close at 9:30 PM? One more thing, they didn’t have most of the menu. They were out of certain foods!!!For instance, how can you not have fried rice? If you don’t have them, the proper thing to do is make some. One other thing, the workers were also really rude and laughed when I pulled over to pay for my food.
