Normally, my fiancé and I never have issues with this Jack in the Box location. But after what happened today, I’m genuinely disappointed and will definitely be more cautious about ordering from here again.

I placed a mobile order around 1 a.m. thinking it’d be a smooth pickup like usual. When we arrived, I saw someone still inside working, even though the “Now Open” sign was off—despite the location being listed as open until 2 a.m. We pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and waited… and waited. No one ever responded. After sitting there for 10 minutes, we drove up to the window and waited another 5 minutes—still no acknowledgment. No one in sight.

My fiancé tried to go inside, but the doors were locked. We could see two workers inside, and he tried to get their attention with no luck. Eventually, a man across the street at Whataburger told my fiancé that the manager had apparently yelled at them and refused to give them their order. That alone was troubling to hear.

Eventually, the workers inside finally acknowledged us and motioned for us to drive back to the window. When we got there, we were met by two cooks who, unfortunately, didn’t speak English. Thankfully, I speak Spanish and was able to explain the situation and the mobile order I had placed. At first, they told me the order wasn’t in their system. Only after I explained that the money had already been taken from my account did they suddenly “find” the order. Then we waited another 10 minutes for them to prepare it—only to receive an incomplete order.

At that point, I honestly just felt bad for the two employees. It really seemed like the manager had walked out and left them to handle everything on their own, which is completely unacceptable. As we drove away, we noticed 3 or 4 cars lined up behind us in the drive-thru, likely about to go through the same frustrating experience.

If mobile orders aren’t going to be honored late at night, they should be disabled during those hours. And if the store is going to close early, the hours online need to reflect that. This experience was beyond frustrating and disappointing. I just hope this post makes others think twice before ordering late-night from...

Jack in the box is an interesting experience we never encountered it until we came out here to Albuquerque as far as I know they don't exist back east at least where I was

Their combo packs are an interesting way of trying a bunch of different things The tacos are interesting they're not much to them I'm not even sure if there's any meat inside it might just be beans but they do taste good they're kind of quasi hard and soft they're crispy but also soft whenever the insides touch on the inside they're soft there

Even though they're not that deluxe or that amazing they're not a bad value for the price not bad at all

The hamburgers on the other hand while as expensive as most fast food hamburgers are today I would consider them several notches above typical fast food think McDonald's or Burger King not as good as five guys but substantially better than McDonald's or Burger King

The ingredients tasted fresh the bun was nice and fluffy the burger was big juicy and delicious it didn't taste how do you describe it manufactured like McDonald's burger does?

It was a surprisingly good burger let's just put it that way even though it was expensive I considered a much better value

The place look nice I didn't see any issues drive-thru was fast the employees were friendly and alert and we got our food and short order and we're on our way I was happy with the experience and I will almost certainly...

We went in yesterday (8/7/2016) around 9 pm. It was fairly busy, as the power had gone out and they were one of the few places open. They had called in a cashier to help out. After about 10 minutes in line we placed our order. We waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. The drive thru line was running smoothly, but the people inside were not being served. Several people asked what was going on and they kept telling us that it's just the way it's synchronized. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting for our food we asked for our money back. The manager acted really put out by us and gave us part of our money back, stating that we still had to pay for our drinks. We did not find this acceptable and in the end finally did give us our money back, but not without snarky remarks under his breath and as we were leaving. Never will we EVER seen our money at this establishment again!! I understand being busy, but there is absolutely NO reason to be rude and disrespectful with your...

This is our second visit to this location. Ordered some lunch inside for take out today at 13:20 on Sunday December 10, 2023. They were slightly busy especially in drive thru, and a couple customers inside with online orders. Gentleman in the hat who took our order after about 2 minutes was very friendly and accommodating as we requested a non menu item of Garlic Fries along with everything else. Drinks were given to us while we waited for the rest of the order. Everyone back there was hustling and our order was ready in less than five minutes which is a world record as far as I'm concerned! A lady went out of her way to give us a fork for the fries, another gentleman made sure we got everything and our cashier triple checked with us to make sure it was all there. The food was all relatively hot, very neatly assembled and bagged. Hope this crew gets a commendation for working so efficiently and friendly! Great job folks!

My husband was craving the tacos, so we decided to stop in for dinner. We had not been there for a while due to previous problems. First the young man at the front might have been new as he didn't know how to ring up the taco combo, but he also looked and acted like he just didn't want to be there, actually leaning over the machine and sighing. A more helpful woman came from the back and was quite friendly and got the order sorted out. I was excited to try the teriyaki chicken bowl. It came out fresh, hot, and tasty. My husband's fries were hot, but sadly his tacos were a letdown. They were cold and grease soaked. After the trouble ordering, he didn't want to go and ask for the tacos to be remade. The tables in the restaurant were fairly clean, but the condiment and drink area was a bit of a mess.

It's okay. My sister and I occasionally come here for their tacos and curly fries. We absolutely love their vanilla orange Hi-c. I feel like their other items on the menu can be a bit pricey and aren't really the best value. The quality of food can be a hit or miss. As of lately the tacos have been filled with so much lettuce! For a moment, I almost thought I was at taco bell lol 😜 Update My sister and I returned and again our sad little tacos were filled with mostly lettuce.
