My name is Cameron and I went to McDonald's on Tramway and Central, here I ordered two double cheeseburgers with ketchup only over Uber Eats. When I received my burgers they were drenched with ketchup, so much so that when I opened the bag my nose was assaulted with the smell and the wrappers were soaked and my buns were soggy. I called and complained and the woman on the phone told me I could exchange them. So I went on down and told them who I was and they had me pull over to the first parking spot where I found myself waiting for over thirty minutes. Two girls came out and once again asked who I was and what I had ordered, they must've forgotten. Despite that and the wait I endured I was still very calm and understanding. Then when I finally received my order I opened the bag to find only one burger, this time with ketchup on the outside of the wrapper. Again, the burger was soaked in ketchup and there was only one piece of cheese on my double cheeseburger. I went back through the drive thru where I asked the friendly young man working at the first window if I could talk to the manager. When the manager (who was a middle-aged man with an eyebrow piercing in his left eyebrow) arrived I told him my issue to which he responded, "well I made your order twice," and my reply to him was that it was sloppy, which is about the rudest thing I said. He proceeded to tell me to pull forward and slammed the window on me. I found myself waiting in parking spot number one again, then I finally decided I had enough and went down to McDonald's on Wyoming and Central where I received my burgers in five minutes or less and they were made with effort. Every time I order from this location they manage to disappoint me. I find the majority of the employee's work ethic both disrespectful and insulting. From now on I plan to go to Wyoming's location despite me...
Read moreI am giving one star because it was so bad. I ordered a small decaf 4 sugar okay, and I DID NOT say I want cream. And what I got was a coffee with cream and it was not even hot, very unacceptable. It was the second time they gave a cold coffee. And the first window didn't even give me my receipt. Well I wanted to change the coffee so I went down to enter inside and of course, it had to be close. So I had to cut the line of the drive thru to get my order correctly. When I went to the window I told the guy that I said no cream in my coffee, he told me to pull forward but there was a an ancient lady already in the front. And when he said to pull forward he was all "ugh Oh My God" very rudely. Then he was all yelling to my car "here are the creams" very loud. I did not want creams I wanted no cream. He expected me to get off my car to get the creams that I didn't want. Then he went outside to give them to me and I told him again No I said no cream and he went back inside again to get a coffee with no cream and didn't even put sugars or give me sugars at least. He was so bad the guy that made the orders just because of his attitude. He had a bad attitude and he was probably cussing below his breath. He was a teenager. He shouldn't be there if shouldn't be there. He was so mad just because I wanted a simple coffee that in the end wasn't right. I understand it wasn't his fault about the order but the way he was reacting and attending me was so rude. He must put on his batteries for next time. Also the first guy...
Read moreToday approximately 8:30, i drove up to McDonalds drive through, I sat at the drive through for about 5 minutes while the other drive through was active, I finally drove up to the window and asked the lady at the drive through if the second drive through was working, she said yes, I explained that I had been sitting there for about 5 minutes and even said hello with no answer, she said she will call the person that is taking orders and have her take my order. A big lady came to the drive through and I was trying to explain my concerns to her, Norma Ramirez, which the name was given to me by another employee, she was extremely rude and refused to take my order, I sat at the window dialing the number that is on there drive through to make a complain, the number doesn't work...I will never go there again, the employees are rude and have no respect . This McDonalds should be closed due to the fact people have gotten killed there, a cop was shot there, homeless people are by the drive through begging and customer service is real bad, employees do not acknowledge that us customers are making their paycheck and this particular McDonalds is no longer about the quality of customer service and food, it is about quantity. It is sad that I cannot speak to the owner or a manager who will take action about their employees. I will contact the Hamburger University in Chicago, because I used to be a manager for McDonald's and never have i treated a customer the way Norma Ramiez treated me....
