Don’t go to this location. Just don’t. Pretty much every time I do, something is wrong. I usually just deal with it, but it’s getting old.
The worst time was when I had ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso but with almond milk instead of oat milk since I have celiac disease and oats typically contain gluten.
Order was correct on the screen. I pull up and I hear the employees talking quietly. One says “should I be nice and fix it?” After I hear that, the worker hands me the drink, and another employee comes up and tells me that they put oat milk instead of almond milk. Guess she decided to “be nice and fix it” after all.
I hate wasting things so I ask them if the oat milk is gluten free. They don’t know. So they do re-make it for me.
Other times it’s usually just the wrong size, or hot instead of iced.
A couple of days ago, I had ordered a venti iced almond milk honey flat white. I always order this drink and always order it iced.
They gave me a venti hot. I normally would just take it but I wanted the 4 shots instead of 3, which is why I order iced. Also it was a very hot day. So we tell the worker and she doesn’t say a word as she takes the drink back, as if she’s bothered by us wanting our correct order. We get the correct order and go on our way.
Yestrday, my mom had gone to get our drinks. I had ordered a venti pink drink. They were out. So she ordered me my usual, the venti iced almond milk honey flat white.
My mom brings the drinks home and first of all, I notice mine is not full, like noticeably not full. A few inches empty. Then I notice it has cinnamon on top which is weird because I know the drink I order doesn’t have cinnamon. Then I look at the label and it says “venti iced chai tea latte, oat milk, cinnamon powder.”
So I will not be drinking this due to my celiac disease, most oat products contain gluten, and the workers can’t answer if it’s gluten free or not.
My moms order was correct, venti hot caramel latte. Simple. But she did tell me that when she said venti for hers, the worker said “did you say Grande?”. No. Then she asked “did you say “non-fat?” No.
So maybe they need better head sets? But that couldn’t be the only issue since the orders are correct on the screen yet are still messed up. Yesterday, the person even correctly repeated the order to my mom yet it was still wrong.
I just don’t understand what is so difficult.
Thankfully, we were visiting family out of town for a couple of months and we are going back home. So yesterday was the last time going to...

Read moreWhat a stuck up lefty establishment. You need a nuclear top secret code from the staff to use the bathroom. So Starbucks promotes the 26 gender available bathroom agenda, so that multi person bathrooms are shared by atomically male and female persons. But then they have just single occupancy bathrooms so they never have the political problem of different gender identities in same room at same time. Typical Lefty thinking, cause a problem for everyone else but skate around having it affect yourself. They are so good at spreading yuck all over everyone else without getting any on themselves. The single stall bathroom is a severe inconvenience to public as it cannot serve customers bathroom needs in a timely manner, and then have to have the top secret push button code to get to use their privileged bathroom. Typically lefties, they support agendas that change everyone else’s lives, but then don’t have to deal with the downside of that policy themselves. So limiting everyone into their facility is inconvenience to everyone not just a very, very small percentage of the population with mass stall bathrooms. They could have a separate male and a female multi stall bathrooms, and then have 1 single stall bathroom for privacy of the non-normal populous. l also loved the used need depository in the bathroom so drug needle paraphernalia can be disposed of safely. Got to love those lefties. The reason they call The Right, The Right is because they are Right, the reason you call lefties The Left is because they are...
