Burger King — Restaurant in Albuquerque

My girlfriend just went to the drive through for us and had ordered chicken nuggets and she got me a Texas whopper with fries and a sprite. She dropped off my meal to me and I started eating only to have the last bite contain a long black hair in the burger! I pulled it out of my mouth and told the girlfriend about it, which she in turn called them and a male answered saying without a picture they can't do anything. Well here is the pictures and here is a review. I had to put it on a white napkin so you can see a long strand of thin black hair. I am shocked by his non-chalant answer. Without proof we cannot do anything. He could have settled this easier but instead he says that. He should be reprimanded and they need to tell the person making the food to tie their hair up. They short changed me and were super rude when i called them out on it. I went to this location because i was in a rush before work. The gave me the total at the speaker so i made exact change, but when i got to the window the amount had changed somehow, so i get out more change. I shouldn't have gotten any coins back, but she hands me change that has coins in it and spills it on me so it's on the floor i have no idea how much, the dollar amount is off too. When i say something about it they are rude and tell me i have to wait until she counts the drawer. So i pull around the building and the clerk tells me to give my change back (super rudely) trying to accuse me of trying to steal from them. At this point I'm going to be late for work so i tell her it's not worth me getting in trouble at my own job. As far as I'm concerned, this place would be better if it closed down and another restaurant moved in....

The Burger king website, as well as Google, provides misleading information that the restaurant is open till midnight. In reality, only drive through is open.

When I was dropped off in Uber, I walked up to the door and found a paper sign saying they close at 10. When I walked up to the drive-through window to ask why the website was providing misleading information, the lady who worked (a white lady with glasses) started shouting at me and called me a robber and told me off. While she was shouting, I was getting soaked as it was raining.

I have never been this humiliated in my life or received such xenophobic remarks and being called a robber just because I have an accent and I am an immigrant.

I don't know if the management is xenophobic or just the lady but...
