I guess you could say im disappointed with the customer service I got this afternoon, I come to this Starbucks often and all of the workers are usually pretty welcoming and nice, but today was VERY unexpected. I went into the drive thru with my mother at about 4pm, there was no one in line, so I expected a quick and easy drive. We ordered one drink and went to the window, I always pay with card so I put my hand out of my window with my card in hand, expecting for the worker to either take my card or hold the card reader so I could stick my card in, I guess you could say I was taken back when the card reader was flung into my car by the man working, within all the chaos the screen of the reader got touched somehow so I didn't get the chance to pick a number to tip, im still unaware of how much I ended up tipping, then after paying, I probably waited about 5 minutes holding the card reader waiting for the man to come back, when he finally did, I stuck the card reader out for him to grab, instead he grabbed the reader by the wire and yanked it out of my hand, he then handed me my drink, he didn't say one word to us, no happy thanksgiving or have a good day. I understand the holidays are a stressful time but that is no excuse to be rude to customers. I know Starbucks workers get paid extra or get to keep all they're tips on holidays and I think some workers take advantage of that, hopefully this behavior gets fixed or FIND...
Read moreI do enjoy a nice hot cup of some Starbucks coffee. I got turned on to it as a college student, and it is one of the addictions that I do not mind so much. I have an extremely complicated order, and 8 out of 10 times they do get it right. It is a pretty complicated order, and so and they get it right it is pretty good. They could however, do has good of a job on cleaning their tables. Albuquerque restaurants seem to not quite understand how important a clean table is to a dining experience. Other than that I would highly recommend this Starbucks. I usually do drive-thru now because, they do not clean their tables. Also, the dining floor is somewhat crowded due to its small size. On a busy day it could be pretty loud in there. I hope you enjoy your coffee here as much as I do. They do make a mean cup of joe. The coffee I order is usually the darkest strongest roast coffee with three shots of espresso, one shot of vanilla, one shot of chocolate, one shot of caramel, mix de Cool Whip into the coffee, add7 sugar packets, and stir well. I called this one dead man walking because it has enough caffeine, and enough sugar to Wake the Dead. Usually, when I get out of school super late in the evening I am dead man walking. This coffee usually gives me just enough energy to make it home, then, the caffeine crash adds to my already tired fatigue self. I crashed that much harder when I finally get back...
