Been waiting in the drive through for a full hour. Keep asking myself why I'm still here. It's cuz I've already been here an hour....surely my meal will be hot?? I see smoke rising out the building, so they are definitely cooking something.....ooo we moved forward....and now we wait again. Too bad Google reviews doesn't have a live stream. It's been another 10 minutes since I started this post. I should pull my crocheting out. I could probably finish a project.... Sure it's because they only have 2 employees and one of them has a physical disability?? Carpel tunnel perhaps causing extreme pain everytime they flip a burger.....well now my words are below my keyboard....this post is long. Will people read this in it's entirety?? Will I be graded?? I'm so tired and so hungry. It's been another ten minutes. How much money you suppose the owner is losing? I bet their order time average is absolute poo. Perhaps they are making everything from absolute scratch. Growing the lettuce tomatoes cows...mixing all the sauces. Is there a special room for potatoes chopping? Still no food.....one car away from the window. They have got to be kidding!? Why am I still here?????? Ok. I'm tired I don't even care if my order is correct. I'm leaving. Read moreI stopped in here a few weeks back to order some shakes. I ordered off the Whataburger app. while sitting in one of the booths inside the restaurant. As I was ordering the app was advertising the Dr. Pepper shake. Doesn't sound that appealing to me. I pulled the trigger on my order. A large chocolate shake, a large vanilla shake and a medium vanilla shake. When they called my number I went up to the counter to get my order one of the shakes was indeed a small Dr. Pepper shake. I let the cashier know that it was the wrong shake. It was supposed to be a medium vanilla shake. He went to get the manager. When the manger on duty that night came to the counter I explained to him what had happened. Without hesitation or looking at my receipt he got me what I had originally ordered. I offered to give the other shake back to him and he told me it's alright you can keep it. That's great customer service and an excellent manager! It turns out the old adage "The customers always right " more often than not is complete nonsense. Somehow it turns out whatever I did was completely my fault. The receipt and the app both showed I had ordered that Dr. Pepper shake. Still trying to wrap my head around what I did. He made it right when he didn't have to and I appreciate that. I told him thank you and left...

Todays trip to this Whataburger was a disappointment. The spicy chicken sandwiches tasted like they had been under a heat lamp for at least two hours and probably longer. They would have made a good option for a tire patch. The only saving grace were the fries that were easily equal to the industry master (Mcd's! ). Rating this store today would deserved only a two star rating. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx The drive through was fast and efficient. The order clerk was prompt courteous and accurate. The first window was for payment. She was also prompt, fast and accurate. The second window was for food pickup. The order was on time, hot and correct. This is the most important thing a fast food restaurant has to master to get a 5 star rating from me. I highly recommend the spicy chicken sandwich... It was spot on for me! Their fries are as good a Mc'ds and that is an excellent item to match! Great job Whatabuger for a job well done! I highly recommend this Burger restaurant. Kudos to the staff. I do not like eating in my car but your staff made it as easy as covid will allow for now! (I am not a paid sponsor... Just a fan of a job well done which is few and far in between...
