Subway — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Worst experience at Subway in decades! There were 9 people in line when I arrived, lunch rush, and it took OVER 30 MINUTES to get a sandwich. There was a girl Kayla who never helped make a single sandwich in that 30 minutes cause she was too busy nodding out at the register, not sure what she was on, but something, or disappearing in the back coming back out eating food, or pushing us aside to get a drink (cause working soooo hard). The guys were like snails, and then one of them actually started complaining to me how hard his day had been, then the other guy scooped old wet and damaged spinach from the bottom and sides of the container for my sandwich- so worth the wait.. I saw 10 people including me get served, almost all single sandwiches, and 7 people walk out. You are losing half your business. I will not come here for years...

Fantastic place Togo! I go out of my way for this subway. There's a quicker subway to get to from my work. I take the long route for this subway. Store manager knows exactly what I want when I walk in! Footlong honey oat, with turkey, provolone, and guac for starters. Food is always fresh and very delicious! Staff is always friendly. And the store manager, he runs a good store, he's really strict on how he runs his operation. Goes way out of his way to greet you, and makes your experience very pleasant. Thankyou, from the repeat BMW mechanic! I'm a repeat customer, and will continue doing so! Actually going there again for lunch tomorrow! Wednesday is my favorite sub on discount! Highly recommend...

Guy in store seemed super impatient talking on the phone and mad to be there. Ordered 2 sandwiches one was toasted I didnt get it that day. I can't complain but its just kind of rude to take a phone call in front of a customer without saying excuse me. Its just hard to tell them what you want on your sandwich if theyre on the phone is all im sayin. Like he was asking but then would talk into the phone..i felt bad for interrupting his convo at the moment..but i was starving and on lunch break. No worries i didnt be rude or make him hang up or anything. I took my untoasted sandwiches and left..lol. Man i love the sweet onion...
