Read moreSadly I recently deleted a five-star review for this location. If I could give them zero Stars I would! Ever since they hired the young high school kids with an attitude this place has gone downhill. Today's terrible incident was not the first time that I waited over 20 30 minutes for a mobile order that I've placed. So again I'm waiting the 20 or 30 minutes in the designated area with my hazards on per their request. My order stated it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I proceeded inside after I watched more than a couple people go in and out with their orders .I stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes before the two young ladies even acknowledged that I was there!!! I told them I was waiting for a curb side order and they rudely told me it still wasn't ready. I very politely asked them if it was policy to proceed with walk-in orders before the mobile orders were placed. Considering three or four people came in and out of the building with their orders and I had been waiting prior!?!! The girls then proceeded with an attitude to scoff at me and basically flip out!!!I told them that I wanted the managers information so I could get a refund since they didn't even know how to do that!!! Or at least that's what they told me! They refused to give me a refund and they refuse to give me the manager's information which I'm pretty sure is against policy. I left with no food, no refunds, and a very poor experience that will leave me to never return to Einstein bagels again in my life. If you care about customer service and being treated respectfully at the minimal I would not suggest coming to this restaurant! Reyna E......Honey work on your people skills and that attitude!!!!! Not to mention the hickeys all over your neck. Is that ok with policy as well?? Simply disgusted with what I...

This location just keeps getting worse and worse. I order online about once a week to bring bagels and cream cheese for my coworkers. Last week, the order wasn't ready. So I waited a good 10 min or so, before getting in line to ask about it. The staff member said, "it's over on the shelf". It wasn't. Brought them over with me to look, and it wasn't there. So I waited another 15 min for them to make the order, and was late to work. This week they left the cream cheese out of the order entirely, and also didn't slice any of the bagels, as requested. Got to work, realized it was missing, tried to call them to address it, and got a "f off, we don't talk to customers, go online" voice-mail (that's not the message verbatim, obviously, but it is certainly the spirit of the message). Additionally, the single bagel with schmear I ordered was not toasted as requested. On other recent visits I've had issues as well, including ingredients missing from sandwiches, egg whites being used when whole eggs are requested, etc. On top of not accepting cash, which is lame on its own. I feel like coming here has way too many negatives compared to positives to make it worth continuing to spend money here, especially since they charge premium prices. So, I'll find something else to bring into work, or even...God forbid...make something myself...
