Starbucks — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Order just a black coffee and sandwich. They did not give me any receipt after about 15 minutes I wonder what happened. Others were ordering and getting their stuff right away. I don't know what happened but this place is so disorganized. I finally flag somebody down to get the coffee and notice the sandwich had been sitting there a while and it was cold. Nobody called it out. They were just making stuff and throwing it on the counter. I thought they were supposed to take your name or something. The lady that took my order look like she was ready just to quit and leave. I know the look of frustration and despair. There's something very wrong with this location. I see this is a sign of poor management that creates an atmosphere of poor work environment. I think it's more corporate problem than a staffing issue. Ok so I stopped the Starbucks habit for a year or two, however this location was just too darn convenient. I am hooked again! My husband, son and I frequent it so much I had to give them kudos because they don’t miss a beat! This location has bubbly and nice people who come morning ... noon or evening, they are consistent with service, they are friendly and it’s always a clean environment. This location is a gem 💎! It’s so nice to have them so close to my office and church. Not once have I been hurried out even around closing time. Would not come back here again. My mother and I went inside hoping to get a coffee and use the bathroom, come to find out the bathrooms were absolutely filthy and so were most of the tables. I’m honestly surprised they had this place open at all. The staff were extremely rude that day and had a very bad attitude. A man came in asking for a cup of water with extra ice and the girl barely gave him any ice. After that the girls started talking shit about him after he has left.
