I contacted Business Law South West Attorneys and spoke with Alicia an attorney there briefly about my situation regarding trademark infringement. After her research, the next day she contacted me via email stating that the company that infringed on mine has legal ground. Then from there she continued by stating facts that’s are 100% not facts FYI Invalid Research Than continued by breaking are appointment. I understand my case may be SMALL to this Company but I am very disappointed that This Company did not do correct research and canceled my appointment. After I Sent emails correcting her research I got no replies and called from there multiple times with getting only the answering machine leaving voicemails from there my last call someone picked up and said I’m not her client because I haven’t given her money and made an excuse that she was out of her office basically letting me know never to call back. I don’t believe that anyone with clients or potential clients should treat their customers badly this way. I came to this company for help and was basically deflected. Very Unprofessional. This company’s business law Southwest don’t care or fight for customers. Especial Kathy black and Jay they just take money from New Mexicans without defending the clients. They look at the bank account if you have Money they find any excuse not to bring a dismissal Kathy black pretty much just kissed the other attorneys side and won’t move forward. After collecting over 50000 dollars or so. Don’t hire attorneys just for a name or LLC investigate and do a research this woman is happy to destroy a family and a small business for her own personal gain. My wife cannot be more upset with this company. Please go to another attorney law that have more integrity these people just think about the savings account not about customers and how to protect them. I have gotten assistance with many different issues that I thought I would never even need to hire legal counsel.
