I did not my car wash I had a monthly plan and the second and third and fourth and 5th time I went to get a car wash they said they couldn’t find my info and then I went to another location and I was told the female shift leader or manager was fired and I have a bank Stanley showing I got the monthly car wash plan but at the location I’m Albuquerque on Montgomery the manager their said she found my info and that they would fix it and set me up they gave me a code to put in and still would not let me use my monthly membership I purchased I showed them the bank statement from my online banking on my mobile phone and they said they would give me credit untill April u stead of charging me but the monthly membership i bought still would not work with the code I was given I have the name and location of the Champion car wash I went to and I took a picture of the managers computer screen with my info. I have been a long time member of their wash club. Yesterday their machine tore the rear wiper off my car. I have never had a problem at this or any other of their locations. I filed a damage claim, and they took no responsibility for the damage. Needless to say, I canceled my membership. Here is their response.

So I do not recommend that you wash your car at any of their locations, they take no responsibility for damages...

Around 430pm on 7/7. Got to the car wash, paid for a wash, went to the entrance of the wash, and it was coned off, but the entrance to the wash was open. Waited for 5 mins, and no one came out. Turned off the car and went to the customer service door, locked and empty. Went to an open door inside the wash tunnel and yelled hello, is anyone there? No one around. Two other cars waiting behind my car. Went back to the customer service door and waited. Eventually, someone came out of a back room and struggled to unlock the front door. He came outside, didn't say a word, went to the entrance of the tunnel, moved the cone, and went to the computer. I got back in the car and went through the wash. The wash was terrible. I had large streaks across the front windshield, tons of bugs left over, and other areas that were just poorly cleaned. First and last visit at this...
