DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE – Complete Waste of Time and Money
Summery This Chuck E. Cheese is a total cash grab—50 games played, yet the tickets earned barely purchased a price worth less than a penny. The staff was uninterested, glued to their phones, and never smiled. Security was a joke, the tables were a filthy mess, and even Chuck E. himself ignored the kids. If it’s this bad on a Wednesday, I can’t imagine a weekend
Total Rip-Off We played 50 games and got only 90 tickets—barely enough for a prize worth less than a penny. The system is designed to drain your wallet while giving kids nothing in return.
Clueless Staff Before coming, we planned our visit, checked the game and pizza packages online, and arrived ready to go. When we asked about them, the employees literally said, "We have no idea what that is." How does a business not know its own promotions?
Chuck E. Might as Well Have Stayed Home The dance floor was supposed to be a highlight, with kids excitedly following the video and waiting for Chuck E. to appear. After 2.5 hours of waiting, he finally came out… and it was embarrassing. He ignored the kids, pushed them away, refused high-fives, stood there slumped over, staring at the screen, and then left after three minutes. No interaction, no energy—just an absolute letdown.
Security is a Joke They claim to have a system to ensure kids leave with the right adults, but no one actually checked. Instead of matching numbers, staff just looked for a highlighter marking—which everyone has—and waved people through. There was no real effort to make sure kids were leaving with the right person.
The Staff Did Not Care Not a single employee smiled the entire time. They were glued to their phones, scrolling through social media instead of working. Meanwhile, tables were left covered in dirty dishes, making it harder and harder for people to find a clean place to sit. No one seemed to care about keeping the place clean or making the experience enjoyable.
Brand New Location, Already Disgusting This is a brand-new facility, yet it already feels run-down and gross. And this was on a random Wednesday—I can’t even imagine how bad it gets on a busy weekend.
Final Verdict: AVOID THIS PLACE Between the overpriced games, horrible service, and lack of security, this place is not worth your time or money. There are much better places to take your kids where they will actually have fun, and you won’t leave feeling ripped off. We will...
Read moreCORPORATE NEEDS TO KNOW THIS!!!! And SERIOUSLY needs to give special recognition to this location.
My kids and I LOVE this place!!! 1st, let me just say that the staff is incredible. Mykaela should get a bonus or raise. She is sooo warm and welcoming, she’s always happy and goes above and beyond. Elvis, the manager, he does a fantastic job of keeping up literally everything!!!! Especially everything listed below. Again, I sincerely hope Chuck E Cheese Corporate with recognize their hard work- with financial benefits. This place could not run as smoothly as it does without these two wonderful ppl 2nd, it’s the CLEANEST facility of any children’s play ground/play place I’ve ever been too. I used to take my kids to all sorts of play museums and attractions all around the DFW north Texas and within few days of visiting my kids would have coughs/ running noses, fever. But not here. We’ve had a membership and come a few times a week if not more, my kids have NEVER been sick. 3rd, the food is very surprisingly great!!! Like what??? Good food at Chuck E. Cheese?! Yes! It’s so fresh!!! I see them replace the salad bar constantly. Keeping all food fresh...
Read moreFun experience with my kiddo, unfortunately we lost the pictures we took in the photo booth and couldn’t find them before leaving. Called the staff the next day to see if they hold onto the pictures from the photo booth for a day or two, but was met with an automated voice machine with no options to speak with a staff member.
I looked up online to see if they keep the photo booth pictures and it said that they do for a limited time, so I drove up there to ask if they had the pictures. I was met with a very unenthusiastic “no”, I told them that it says online that they hold onto them for some time before discarding them, but all I got in response was “we get a lot every day” and a snarky look.
To prevent this from happening again, I would suggest the staff keep the photo booth pictures from one day until the end of the shift the next day and just keep rotating them out like this.
Also, the service is always really slow and uncomfortable due to poor attitude from the staff. They have three POS systems at the front and only one miserable looking employee...
