I did purchase a tracksuit XL size this Sunday 06/16/19 from Outlet Allen Premium Lacoste shopping store in Dallas, Texas as invoice #439256852 and customer #US43900101648. Because of the size, I needed to return the tracksuit today and find the 2XL but they didn’t have one today,Monday 06/17/19. The tracksuit was exactly the same as the time I purchased and were exactly packed same as first day. When I did return today in Outlet Allen Premium Lacoste store in Dallas, TX, the salesman called BRADLY had the most awful behavior with me I’ve never expected form number one brand Lacoste. He asked too rudely some questions about my Item that why I decided to return or why I had gotten the 10% discount and why the tag was came out in purchase time... I can’t ignore such as his rude behavior. I don’t have any problems with asking all these questions because he had right to ask the questions about the purchasing but the most important part which is annoying me a lot and and I’m so sorry about Lacoste, the best number one sport brand around the world, when he asked me to insert my card in the machine for refunding the money, I asked him whether I can take out my card or no and he answered to me very rudely to DO WHAT EVER IT SAYS!!! The size doesn't fit and came for an exchange. The store manager said there will not be returns or exchange for CLEARANCE item and he himself said there will be ORANGE color sticker on the tag.
