I have to say I’m very disappointed with Cane’s tonight and will not be visiting this location again. As someone with an eating disorder I struggle a lot with eating out, especially fast food. But after a particularly long day of work I just wanted to pick something up and call it a night. This is not what happened. When I got home to enjoy my meal the first thing I noticed was a piece of white plastic in my bread. I chose not to take a picture at the time deciding that was something I could look past. As I started eating I then noticed a dark hair cooked into a chicken tender. Firstly, I’m blonde so it’s obviously not mine, secondly, I attached two pictures so you can really see that it is cooked INTO the chicken & breading. Then I found another mystery item on separate piece of chicken. I was unable to eat my food and am quite frankly just very sad about this turn of events. Canes was a restaurant I thought I could trust and it seems that’s not the case.

Edit: I also put 1 star for service because I was the only car asked to pull forwards and wait for my order which is normally completely fine and understandable but I am confused and was frustrated that every single other car behind me was helped immediately with no hesitation or delay. The line emptied twice behind me and I still was not delivered my order. Then, once I got my order...

We recently ordered a Caniac Combo and a Kid’s Meal Combo to-go from your restaurant. Unfortunately, upon arriving home, we discovered that the Kid’s Meal was missing the chicken strips, and the Caniac Combo was missing the toast. This was both disappointing and frustrating, especially as we had hungry children waiting for their meal.

We called the restaurant to inform them about the missing items. While the manager apologized and acknowledged that this ā€œsometimes happens,ā€ the resolution offered was far from acceptable. We were told we could receive a refund for the Kid’s Meal and a toast if we returned with the receipt. When we requested home delivery of the missing items due to the inconvenience and urgency, we were told it was not possible.

This level of service is disappointing. Given the rising cost of food, it is frustrating to spend a considerable amount of money only to receive incomplete meals. When customers are hungry, they expect a complete and accurate order — not excuses.

We hope to receive the full refund as discussed, and we strongly urge your team to improve order accuracy and customer service going forward.

Additionally, based on the manager’s comment that ā€œthis happens,ā€ we advise others to double-check their food before leaving...

I had the pleasure of dining at Canes in Allen, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality, and GarrySon took exceptional care of us throughout the evening. His kindness, attentiveness, and thoroughness were commendable, making us feel valued as customers.

The dinner itself was a true treat. The delicious chicken tenders were cooked to perfection, exactly as we requested, and the Canes sauce added a delightful burst of flavor. GarrySon's knowledge and expertise in ensuring a delightful meal were evident, and he truly stood out as one of the best employees I've encountered at this location.

The overall ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, and the staff's positive attitude added to the dining experience. It was evident that the entire team worked together seamlessly to create a happy and enjoyable atmosphere.

I want to express my appreciation to GarrySon for going above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. His dedication and attention to detail truly made a difference, and I highly recommend visiting Canes in Allen, especially if you're lucky enough to have GarrySon as your server. Thank you, GarrySon, for making our meal...

On the way to a cookout at a friends house we stopped to grab lemonade and tea at the Fairview location. It was a Sunday afternoon and only one person was in the lobby when I walked in to order. It took them 12 minutes to fill two gallon jugs!!!! In that time 5 other customers got their orders while I stood there waiting. After 8 minutes the blonde at the counter finally told someone to get them since I guess the don’t show up on the menu screen for the crew to make. The employee who eventually got around to making it must have been part tortoise because he couldn’t possibly have moved any slower and went back and forth From the kitchen to the front counter four times. Slowest service EVER!

Saturday lunch time, there were a long line of drive thru and full of people inside the restaurant. Not good dining quality inside and it’s difficult to find the seat. Long line of dine-in customers in the restaurant to place order but only one cashier at front to take order and also notify the customers’ order ready; not good and efficient arrangement. It took 16 mins to receive my order. And the chicken fingers were quite thin and small.

Me and my grand daughters have gone twice to canes this week. I have to say i am very disappointed with the mess ups in our orders. The tenders have gotten noticeably smaller than before and when i went tonight, my grand daughter received no canes sauce. We have also asked multiple times for extra sauce and didn’t get any extra. EVERY time we asked we got none. And i know that it costs extra and im still getting charged.
