Let me start off by saying they had maybe two pretzels which were both raisin flavor for sale. I asked if I could have an almond, the girl said 6 minutes, I said ok, she looked annoyed when I said I would wait, the man in the back making the dough rolled his eyes. Keep your eye on the floor. Our last time there (which may literally be our LAST TIME there), we spotted no less than 3 cockroaches as we stood on line. Not sure why we still place an order but we did, only to be ripped off by their OREO topped nuggets. The bowl was filled with black paper (to hide that they were ripping us off) and we paid $8 to get only 8 pretzel nuggets.
