It’s been years since we tried Jason’s Deli, but it is still very good and a nice spot to dine. Their menu, service, and food are still superior and only falls short to Souper Jenny’s (see my review why). This week or month their specialty is muffulettas, ham or turkey!! OMGness, the perfect New Orleans bread with turkey and crushed fresh olives!!! Stop 🛑!! Just insanely good!! I added a mix of balsamic and olive oil from bar to add more flavor! I also tried their soup of the day, Creamy Jalapeno and herbs. Itwas good but on the salty side so beware. The half/half came with classic ruffles as well. The price was $11 with water no drink; Com’on man- double that at Chick-fil-A! With that, I would highly recommend after 10-15 years of visiting, on and off. My concern is the healthy crowd experiencing a salty soup; nonetheless, if you are in North Point area and want nearly the best soup, salad (bar), and sandwich in the metro, stop Jason’s Deli.

In a post COVID world saftey is important. They have curbside and contactless options. When they bring it curbside they have on gloves and everything is placed in the bag including my drink tray. You can order online or call your order and give your card info over the phone. they have amazing customer service and always have been courteous and kind with me and my kids dine-in, carryout, order curbside. Also inside their ice cream is free but curbside you pay $0.99 and get 24 oz of ice cream. Who knew? they also have pescatarian options like tuna salad, salmon sandwiches, and a primavera pasta and zucchini that is actually vegetarian. They have something for the whole family including chicken alfredo, tge manager's special which is half soup sandwich or fruit, fruit with this delicious yogurt custard, and fresh cut veggies nd fruit options with the kids meal!

5/23/23 update: Had a huge Reuben sandwich, which was tasty. Only downside was bread slices not large enough. Meat kept slipping out of sandwich. Moderately busy for mid-week lunch. Restaurant could use a bit of uplifting decor and lighter atmosphere. Just feels too dark for indoors. Probably time for a reno. **************" Had a nice Caprese Panini sandwich, although on the small side. Looks like an inch or two of bread missing. Spouse had Club sandwich, which was good as well. Wasn't very crowded, but had to wait over 20 minutes. Noticed later other people getting up to inquire about their order. Only 1 person on the grill, who was delivering meals as well. Another understaffed restaurant. 🙄

Unfortunately our 2 favorite Jason's Delis have closed permanently so we had to order from this one today. I ordered a smokey Jack panini and a club sandwich online for curbside pickup for 12:16. My daughter parked in the very front to -go space right in front of their window on time. 3 other to-go customers pulled up after her (my daughter watched each one, not one person got on their phone and called the restaurant), but yet they received their food before my daughter, who finally had to go inside at 12:55. Our order had been sitting on the counter and the woman said they were busy and did we call. We've ordered many times from our local Jason's deli, they do not instruct you to call nor do they print that in the confirmation e-mail. They have a vehicle description and you park in their dedicated spaces, which, as I mentioned, was right in their front window as they could plainly see. Our sandwiches were nothing but cold mush by the time we got them. I decided to call the manager, Monique, to give them the benefit of the doubt before I gave a bad review. She again made excuses that they were busy (the restaurant was almost empty) and offered a refund. She told me the amount would go back on my card minus the tip. I said I was not going to pay a tip and she literally said to me, "WE DON'T WANT IT ANYWAY". I hate giving bad reviews especially now when restaurants are really struggling but if you can't make an effort and have a bad attitude on top of it, then you deserve a bad review. I'll be watching closely for my...

I was really disappointed with the Jason's Deli on Northpoint Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia on Tuesday. I ordered a Deli Club Sandwich and a bowl of Seafood Gumbo and it was an awful experience that cost me $18.25 with me drinking ice water rather than a $3.99 soft drink or Tea. First the Deli Club Sandwich was tasty, but the sandwich maker applied way too much mayonnaise. The ingredients for the sandwich kept sliding off the bread due to the amount of mayo she used. Then they decided NOT to give me the customary potato chips and dill pickle spear that normally accompanies a Deli sandwich. I had to get up from my meal to ask the Hispanic table server for what I had paid for but didn't get. She didn't speak English that well, but I got a tiny bowl of broken chips, but still NO pickle.

The Seafood Gumbo was delicious, served hot and contained a helping of white rice. But they failed to give me any crackers. I guess they are trying to cut back on expenses. Too bad for the customers.

When I walked in there were about 5 tables that needed to be bused, but eventually a guy came out of the back and cleaned them off. Bad management and no supervision. It was about 15:30 to 16:00 hrs (3:30 pm to 4:00 pm) when I was there. Hope this helps you decide on...

This is a nice place for Vegetarian and Health Conscious out of towners who like fresh taste and an assortment of options!

The salad bar is rotated midday and the fresh selection is worth the complement of the available soup selection which has a vegetarian alternative as well.

The sandwiches are piled high and you can add fresh fruit if you don't mind deli chips or even fresh vegetables.

I used to go for the chicken salad (which had pineapple) on toasted croissant with leafy lettuce, fresh tomato, and honey mustard for a light entree with fresh fruit as my side. If it felt "too cold" I would do the soup and sandwich combo with "the chick", a seafood gumbo and no rice. If it was "too filling" I used to substitute the fruit for the soup.

Last time I was here I went for the Pollo Mexicano a large potato that is filled with chicken, sour cream, cheddar cheese, butter, and probably more!

Aside from soup, sandwiches, salads, and potatoes they also have pasta!

If you need a vegetarian menu or you want to do lunch for the health conscious this is a...
