Recently, I visited this location to get an açai bowl. I had a coupon and attempted to use the self-serve kiosk, but I wasn’t able to apply the discount there. I ended up going to the employee ran register to place my order. When I approached the employee register, I stood there for about 2 to 3 minutes waiting for assistance.
There were five workers behind the counter, and no one approached me or offered to help. After waiting, two team members standing behind the register were engaged in a conversation in front of me. I kindly asked if I could place my order, and they got a team member (who seemed to be the manager on duty) to assist me. He was very kind and took my order.
The restaurant wasn’t busy—there were only three small parties of 2 to 5 people. However, 10 minutes after placing my order, I noticed the açai bowl was just being prepped in the back. The same team member who had been standing behind the counter earlier, not assisting anyone, was now preparing my bowl. I’m not sure what took so long as it wasn’t busy and there were team members standing around.
Altogether, I waited 17 minutes for my açai bowl, despite the restaurant being far from busy. This was at 3 PM on a weekday, well outside the lunch or dinner rush. While the açai bowl was very tasty and the manager on duty was friendly, the overall service was poor and the wait time was excessive. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I won’t...

We stopped late evening, and the first person behind the counter has stepped enthusiastically to explain us menu, availability, and, importantly, the desire to customize veg or non veg for our dietary restrictions. Thank you for your positive energy. Plus, the person preparing our juice orders clearly understood our request and made sure to prepare it. Thank you for yummy delicious recipes with keen preparation .
Order dine in salad Greek-ish and few juices plus acai bowl. Delicious, fresh, and with natural flavor.
This new restaurant is right out of 400 North exit 9 and in complex where there is chase bank, Chipotle and Cava. The original chophouse is a wonderful addition to these food chain restaurants to choose from.
Great energy, choice of variety of Veg and non veg options, willingness to customize entrees for dietary requirements, and, importantly, genuinely authentic knowledgeable team to prepare and serve those food items. All in all, it is a wonderful recipe for satisfying the cravings in the morning to evening, chopping down hunger.

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Chop Shop, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. One of the standout features of Chop Shop is their impressive selection of vegetarian options. The menu offers a variety of fresh and flavorful salads, such as the Greek-ish Salad with house greens, chickpeas, banana peppers, cucumbers, kalamata olives, feta crumbles, and a delicious Greek lemon vinaigrette. Another favorite was the Citrus Thai Salad, which combines house greens with orange segments, golden raisins, pickled carrots, jicama, cucumbers, and a tasty Thai peanut dressing. Each salad is thoughtfully crafted, ensuring a satisfying and healthy meal. Additionally, Chop Shop is dog-friendly, making it a perfect spot for those who want to enjoy a meal with their furry friends. The outdoor seating area is comfortable and accommodating for pets, which is a huge plus for dog owners. Overall, I highly recommend Chop Shop for its excellent food, friendly service, and pet-friendly environment. Whether you’re a vegetarian or just looking for a great place to dine with your dog, Chop Shop is definitely...
