Wow.... As a career resturaunt manager I am disgusted with the service and cleanliness if this Taco Bell location.
Where to start... Well first off I will say that I have lived in the area for over 30 years and have often eaten at this location with family and friends, it was always very clean and the service was always great, however that was then and sadly this is now.... Over these past few months I have visited this location 5 times and left apouled at what I had seen and been subject to in terms of service and cleanliness.
Sanitizer bucket with dirty water in it on top of the counter directly next to the trays that hold the guests food!!! "I guess the manager doesn't know it belongs on the bottom shelf at all times, and change the water it smells horrible right next to where your tryig to order your food!!!
Dirty yellow towels on the counter... The towls were soaked in dirty water and smelled terrible just like that bucket that wasn't far from them. And they were yellow... So I hope they hadn't also been used to clean up raw poultry, which honestly would explain the smell we ALL noticed. And when I say all, I mean the 8 people that were in the restaurant. All of this going on and the lunch ridh was over and employees and managers just standing around not doing a thing to improve the situation.
A unkown employee in the kitchen with a Clip board that looked to be doing inventory, well she had long hair and it was not pulled back nor did she have a hair net as I watched her walk all over the line where food was being prepared. She also wasn't in uniform just street clothes and HIGH HEELS!!!
EVERY SINGLE table was dirty, there wasn't even ONE table that had been wiped. Like I said there were 8 guests in the buliding, yet over 20 dirty tables.
Trash was full
Mild sauce was empty.
Kitchen line had one of the dirties floors I've seen. (No line sweeps, floor was covered in old food and cheese.)
Obviously you have a serious issue with your management staff at this location and I will not revisit for a while, and when I do I hope the standards for cleanliness and service are held to a much higher level as these problems won't fix...
Read moreI went to this Taco Bell and got in line at 8:27 pm... I would really want time and then we got to order. This drive-through is designed so you can’t get out of the line if you have waiting too long. We finally got to the window and paid. After waiting for over 15 more minutes it was 9:02 pm. I asked why it has taken so long to get the food and the lady at the window said there was a long line inside the building and they were short staffed and only had 1 person cooking the food. I asked another question and she got a bit of an attitude and asked if I would rather just speak to the manager instead. When a “manager” came to the window she asked what the problem was. I told her we have been waiting in line for over 30 minutes. She said you have only been waiting for 17 minutes. I explained that we had waited a long time before we even ordered, adding up to over 30 minutes. I also tried to tell her that 17 minutes was still a long time to wait. She caught an attitude as well and told us to hold on. After coming back to the window she said the manager who was above her since she was technically a manager “in training.” She said there was nothing they could do for us and either we can leave with the food, or they can refund us and we give the food back. She never apologized one time, she just got extremely defensive and rude. I had started off the conversation polite and told her I understand things happen, I just wanted an explanation. After leaving she slammed the door shut and I have NEVER experienced anything like that before. I will NEVER be back to that Taco Bell And I am extremely disappointed in how they handled...
Read moreAfter placing a mobile at 830am (restaurant opens at 8am on Saturdays), I was ignored at the order speaker. I pulled up to the window and could see 2 ladies arguing with each other and ignoring me at the drive-through window. After 5 minutes, a lady came up to the window and told me with a very unpleasant attitude that they had a problem with the register and couldn't help me. I replied that it would be no problem since it was a mobile order and I had already paid. She continued saying that she couldn't help and that I could wait 10 to 15 minutes or leave. With nobody behind me in line, I told her that I would wait there hoping that 10 minutes was a conservative estimate. She said I couldn't wait there and I asked to speak to a manager. She went away and after 2 minutes, she came back and said she was the manager...I said that I would wait there until I got my food. Luckily for the "reputation" of this establishment, a gentleman came up to the window with a demeanor 180° from the previous employee. He, right away, apologized, explaining that they had troubles with the equipment but that, if it wasn't too much trouble, I could park at the front and come inside to wait for my order which shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. What a difference when you deal with a rude employee versus one that starts a conversation with a smile and "I am sorry". Well done sir! Unfortunately, I couldn't wait for the delay (by that time, it had already been 15 minutes since I initially pulled up into the drive-through) and luckily, I was able to cancel my order through the application.
