I visited Pandora North Point Mall and received horrible customer service from the manager Toi. I initially called the store approximately one hour before visiting to ensure that they had a specific charm. I asked specifically for the mom script charm and the 2019 graduation charms. She put me on hold to check and came back to the phone saying "yes we have plenty of them." I visited the store and was told by Daisy that they did not have the mom script charm and haven't had it for a while. I advised her I called approximately 45 minutes before visiting and was told they had it. Daisy was amazing. She is the only reason I made a purchase in the store. She offered alternatives and even offered to place the order online which I agreed to do with a purchase inside of the store. I reminded Toi of my call and she said "I don't make mistakes, I have been doing this for a very long time." I advised her I called and asked for the moms script charm with the heart in the middle and she said we have a bunch of mom charms with the heart in the middle. Toi was extremely rude and acted as if I made the mistake. Maybe the mistake was visiting this specific store. Thank you Daisy for being an amazing rep for Pandora. Unfortunately it's the new people that do well and treat those with respect and those that have been doing it for a very long time that need to be retrained and the art of...
Read moreWalked in yesterday while 2 employees appeared to be busy with no customers. One of the young women walked over to help us after 10 minutes of us standing there. We explained that we purchased a bracelet at Town Center location after the woman sized my best friendâs wrist. But after 2 weeks of wearing the bracelet and adding more charms, the size is too small. We wanted to exchange the bracelet for a bigger size. The woman immediately looked baffled and then said our request wasnât an option. I had to quote the policy and bring up my electronic receipt under my account to prove that she was wrong. She then calls the other young woman over, who identified herself as the manager, to make sure Iâm not wrong. I wasnât. Then we asked her to try on the bigger sizes but she said she couldnât take anything out of the case because they were doing inventory. The long story short was the woman is dumber than a box of rocks. I had to provide options and feedback for everything. We walked out with a full refund and no bracelet. Terrible customer service! Why is the store open if you canât sell me anything? Sadly, I already know why the store hired dumb people âŚ. Nobody wants to work anymore and stores are desperate. What is our world coming to? I rather just shop online. This store definitely doesnât live up to the...
Read moreHumiliating and disrespectful experience. I visited the Pandora store at North Point Mall and was immediately made to feel uncomfortable. As soon as I walked in, the sales associate started giving me judgmental looks just because Iâm Latina even though she clearly has Mexican roots herself.
She was helping two other customers at the time and started making faces like âoh my God, weâre about to get robbed.â The two women looked at me and asked, âDo you need something?â in a tone that felt condescending, as if I didnât belong there.
When I asked to see some rings, the employee only showed me the cheapest ones. I had to tell her not to worry about the price because my card is unlimited. While I kept browsing, she even placed her hands over the jewelry near me, as if I might grab something and run.
It was humiliating beyond words the kind of treatment no one should ever experience, especially in a brand that claims to represent elegance and selfworth. Fortunately, I can afford what I want, and I bought what I liked without even checking the prices. But the way I was treated was absolutely unacceptable.
Pandora needs to train its staff better in respect, professionalism, and basic human decency. I will never return...
