Save your self the trouble and just go to Coldstones.

So our ordeal with this place started with parking. When we pulled up, there were only 3 parking spaces for this place and it was difficult to tell that the lot belonged to them without pulling all the way into the lot. When we arrived we ordered. I got the birthday cake icecream and my husband got the Dubai Delight. When ordering I asked if the image on the menu was Birthday Cake ice cream, the server Kiana said no, they were AI images that the owner found. Which left me to wonder why would they not get pictures of their actual product for the menu. Should have been my first warning.

So I ordered the ice cream and the description said vanilla ice cream with with whipped cream, cake crumble and rainbow Sprinkles. It took forever to get the ice cream, I would estimate at least 15 minutes. When I saw them making it, I assumed it belonged to someone else because they put chocolate drizzle on top. I actually said out loud, I hope that's not mine. And then they put m & Ms on it. All of this would be fine, for someone who likes chocolate, I hate chocolate.

They said it was mine, so I decided to try it because I already bought it. I could not taste the cake pieces so I thought, this was a mistake, they must have mixed my order with someone else's. I went back inside and let Kiana know that I think I got the wrong order and that this was not the birthday cake ice cream. I said it was missing cake pieces and the description mentioned nothing about m and Ms or chocolate drizzle. She said they put cake pieces in there, they weren't. She offered to sprinkle more on top, I didn't want it because it wasn't just the cake pieces, it is the fact that it is a completely different ice cream than what I ordered and what was described.

My husband said he liked his ice cream. He likes...

I had the pleasure of visiting "Where's the Scoop" and experiencing their delightful rolled ice cream, and I must say, Vihaan's service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, his warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a fantastic experience.

Vihaan's dedication and hard work were evident throughout my visit. Despite a bustling environment, he handled each order with efficiency and care. Watching him create my ice cream roll was like witnessing a master at work—precise, swift, and with a touch of artistry that truly made it special.

What struck me most was Vihaan's kindness and thoughtfulness. He not only ensured that my ice cream was made exactly how I liked it but also took the time to engage in friendly conversation, making me feel valued as a customer.

I left "Where's the Scoop" not only with a delicious treat but also with a sense of appreciation for Vihaan's hard work and dedication to providing exceptional service. He is a true asset to the team and undoubtedly enhances the overall experience for every customer fortunate enough to be served by him.

Thank you, Vihaan, for making my visit to "Where's the Scoop" a memorable one. I look forward to returning soon for more of your delicious creations and...

I went a week ago and waited in a long line getting there an hour before closing but the rolled ice cream was great. Went again this weekend and I believe the guy was the owner in there making the rolled ice cream. I received half the size of the cup. He claimed it melted. I'm thinking before I receive it. None of my other cups made by someone else were melting before I received it. So, he said he would add to it. Also, I did a create your own, he said they were doing away with that but he would do it for me. Nice. I think this gentleman should really think about attending some workshops on customer service. The customer is keeping you in business, so having create your own is satisfying the customer and you make money on the add ins. Also, build the rolled ice cream to the top of the cup. For $6, this is expected. You have a delicious product, just add great customer service. The rest of the employees...

I recently visited Where's the Scoop in Alpharetta, and let me tell you, it was a charming spot with ice cream to match! The atmosphere was definitely cute, perfect for a sweet treat outing. Now, onto the important part: the ice cream! I opted for the key lime flavor, and it was absolutely delicious. It had a perfect balance of tart and sweet, exactly what you'd hope for in a key lime dessert. My friend went with the lavender berry, and they were equally impressed. The unique floral notes of the lavender blended beautifully with the sweetness of the berries. Where's the Scoop is a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth in Alpharetta. They offer unique and delicious flavors, all made with fresh ingredients. If you're looking for a cute spot to grab some tasty ice cream, I highly recommend checking them out!

This was a really nice experience! I really enjoyed the Gulab Jamun ice cream here! It was really tasty and not overly sweet! It reminded me of the perfect Indian dessert with an amazing ice cream twist. The staff here were patient and kind. They answered all the questions I had about the flavors. It was a really busy Sunday night so it took about 7 or 8 mins to get the ice cream made and rolled up but it really was worth it. They are pricey which was my only reservation. It was 10 dollars for a regular ice cream and 6 dollars for a small. The flavors were all really unique and everyone who has a different taste for anything will find something here. They also offered local honey for sale, Bobba tea and other great foods! Will have to come back and try again!
