Save your self the trouble and just go to Coldstones.
So our ordeal with this place started with parking. When we pulled up, there were only 3 parking spaces for this place and it was difficult to tell that the lot belonged to them without pulling all the way into the lot. When we arrived we ordered. I got the birthday cake icecream and my husband got the Dubai Delight. When ordering I asked if the image on the menu was Birthday Cake ice cream, the server Kiana said no, they were AI images that the owner found. Which left me to wonder why would they not get pictures of their actual product for the menu. Should have been my first warning.
So I ordered the ice cream and the description said vanilla ice cream with with whipped cream, cake crumble and rainbow Sprinkles. It took forever to get the ice cream, I would estimate at least 15 minutes. When I saw them making it, I assumed it belonged to someone else because they put chocolate drizzle on top. I actually said out loud, I hope that's not mine. And then they put m & Ms on it. All of this would be fine, for someone who likes chocolate, I hate chocolate.
They said it was mine, so I decided to try it because I already bought it. I could not taste the cake pieces so I thought, this was a mistake, they must have mixed my order with someone else's. I went back inside and let Kiana know that I think I got the wrong order and that this was not the birthday cake ice cream. I said it was missing cake pieces and the description mentioned nothing about m and Ms or chocolate drizzle. She said they put cake pieces in there, they weren't. She offered to sprinkle more on top, I didn't want it because it wasn't just the cake pieces, it is the fact that it is a completely different ice cream than what I ordered and what was described.
My husband said he liked his ice cream. He likes...

Read moreI went a week ago and waited in a long line getting there an hour before closing but the rolled ice cream was great. Went again this weekend and I believe the guy was the owner in there making the rolled ice cream. I received half the size of the cup. He claimed it melted. I'm thinking before I receive it. None of my other cups made by someone else were melting before I received it. So, he said he would add to it. Also, I did a create your own, he said they were doing away with that but he would do it for me. Nice. I think this gentleman should really think about attending some workshops on customer service. The customer is keeping you in business, so having create your own is satisfying the customer and you make money on the add ins. Also, build the rolled ice cream to the top of the cup. For $6, this is expected. You have a delicious product, just add great customer service. The rest of the employees...
