Lake Mary Cheesecake — Restaurant in Altamonte Springs

I taste cheesecake everywhere it's sold. I consider myself to be extremely picky when it comes to the things I believe make a cheesecake superb. It should be think and dense, while remaining moist and creamy, never dry or fluffy. A truly good cheesecake requires no toppings, but Lake Mary makes delicious flavors such as Key Lime, pumpkin, and white chocolate raspberry to name a few of my favorites. I only wish they would ship because they're a bit far from me. I was looking for a cheesecake to take to work and found this place. It is a wholesale operation but they gladly take retail customers. I called in my order for a traditional NY cheesecake and when I arrived, one of the bakers brought it out to me and asked me when it would be served and then gave me instructions on how to care for it. This company is a contracted Disney Vendor and showed up today for a Legacy event with 50 cupcakes… no no no!! Do NOT get a cupcake in you mind, these were HUGE! At least an inch on each side bigger than your average cupcakes. Ridiculously creamy and delicious with a printing of Walt’s face on the top! Printed!!
