Would give 0 stars if option everytime we go here it's so busy butvits more because the staff so slow and can care less about customers. Tonight waited 45 min for order which was simple 2 small fries 2 double cheese plain.they forgot one and I had to wait another 25 min for the second one and by then the other order was cold .The manager and cashier could care less about the drive thru line wrapped around building and the line inside .Instead they kept talking about a party they went to and who they seen there was far more import then any customers. THEN another customer came to order a happy meal and the cashier asked if he was picking up he said no he still needs to place order. The guy seemed like we were inconveniencing him or disturbing his talk and signed like it was so hard to do this store needs serious help. I would manage this store and would take me 2 weeks to get to a 5 star fast food rating.of course under the conditions it was posted under new management because this location unfortunately has been thisbway for long time.rude staff?lazy and rude managers and not one person ever wants to work or even pay attention the customers.its sad because they dont care because it's a big name company and what's a few hundred people to say they wont return to a location because of service.If you dont want to talk to people don't work at a fast food place.if you dolike your job find another that pays 15 and hour to basically do nothing.ive yet to have one person impress me at all in this location. Read moreI used to live right down the street and would come from time to time and even before COVID they had times where they would randomly close all night for cleaning (even though they list themselves as open 24/7). Tonight I go there as an Uber Eats driver and instead of the manager being a responsible human being because clearly there is more than just me coming to try and pick up orders and what not, he decides to try and ignore everyone. The drive thru was completely blocked off and the doors locked but we have times where people order before closing and even though the establishment is closed we still pick up. In this case I has to call multiple times to get an answer to which the manager basically told me it was impossible. The way Uber Eats works is that the order has to be accepted by the establishment or it continues to yell at you and wouldn’t be if the system were actually shut down properly. Sounds to me that someone made a mistake and wasn’t owning up to it. I then am out money (as well as any other drivers), the customer is mad because their order randomly gets cancelled, and we might have now driven to a place we wouldn’t otherwise be if it weren’t for that order. The manager also hung up on me and didn’t care to rectify the situation with anyone it seems. This was a ridiculous situation and it needs to be owned up to and handled better (if there is a future situation like this, which there shouldn’t be). On 12/14/24 at 7:16 I entered drive thru and order a $5 limited meal: plain mc chicken,nuggets, fries, sprite, and paid for my order. Was immediately parked in a waiting designated as my food wasn't ready. 10 minutes later still parked in designated parking spot, and noticing cars parked after me receiving food and leaving, I decided to enter the building to check on my order... From the time I entered the door approximately 6 to 9 employees passed the front counter and never spoke a word to me, not even a greetings to ask me why am I waiting at the front counter. After more waiting another customer entered the building outraged about being sold cold food, which triggered other works to stop their personal non-job related conversations and get back to McDonald's business. At 7:34 I finally received my $5 McChicken meal😮💨... 18 minutes for a fast food drive thru order isn't acceptable, especially when you have dine in restaurants who serve steaks in the same amount of time.
