Norma's plant based cuisine — Restaurant in Altamonte Springs

I am giving 1 star because when I went I spent $60 and when they served us the famous arepas they seemed more like coins than arepas, we wanted sauce and Norma told us that it was not free and that we had to pay more for it, also she was not courteous when being friendly We said that the sauce was delicious, she replied that the formula was a secret and she couldn't say how to make it, how rude she is! the food is not healthy anyway even if it is vegetarian, they are not ashamed to charge excessively expensive when they give you a shamefully small amount, they think they are in Venezuela, but they are in the country of abundance, and here they charge but There is also enough or at least enough, zero customer satisfaction, we left hungry for Chipotle !!! my suggestion is to be more honest at the time of charging gentlemen!!!

Absolute nightmare trying to find this place, there is next to no signage letting people know where the place is. Literally driving around the building in circles trying to perform door dash, losing my mind because there is literally no where on the building or signs that say “Norma’s Plant based cuisine” except for like the worlds smallest vinyl lettering on the glass, but above that in a huge sign says something totally different. I cannot express how absolutely frustrating this is. I’ll refuse anymore orders from this store just based on this. And then to top it off, not only have I done laps around this massive building, the order isn’t even ready. Absolute insanity. Never ever again. Wasting valuable time and efforts to make a living, I would have loved to just unassign the order, but I’ve already invested my time here just looking for the store, and have already picked up half of the order from backyard burger. Me and my mom came here a week or so ago first thing in the morning. I thought I was going into an actual restaurant but come to find out it’s a café in a bookstore. Beautiful clean place good people the lady that took my order I appreciate her help guiding me towards the options that was part of my dietary lifestyle. I got the Breakfast Arepas plus cilantro sauce on the side and a Mango Lime Smoothie, my mom got the Breakfast sandwich a Mango Nectar juice and Jones sugar cane lemon lime sod which tasted like sprite but smoother and clean. The food was Amazing I have no Complaints but the smoothie I don’t if they don’t have a good blinder or what but I kept get chunks of lime peels that turnt me off but the favor/ taste was great but texture was not it. My mom enjoyed her whole meal including the drinks again MY only complaint is her breakfast sandwich look like lunch sandwich I wish the burger buns was biscuits instead, that’s all.
