I placed an order for a birthday with the Altamonte store via online for delivery. I requested a certain delivery time. After 15 minutes being late, I called the Altamont store and they said they don’t even have a trace of my order even though I gave him my order number and she said that she would be happy to take the order again, but I would have to pay again.
