I normally stop here on way to work usually my first meal of the day. When I got to the window I asked the person making my drink and pulling my food. To wear gloves, he was handing me a drink he made. His face mask was on his chin, had touch people cards money and food when he made my drink. I just ask for him to wear proper equipment. He goes and snatches the gloves out of the box didnt wash his hands. He says I'm rude to him. I said please and I should not need to tell who how to handle safely. He accused me of being rude. I called in Jimmy John's the manager Conor answered the phone I asked him to please come to the driven window. He explained what occurred. He had no gloves on and mask on his chin. He said sorry. Asked if that was my food on the counter, I did not know properly was. I said I had not paid yet. My card was in my hand. He walks away and starts taking drive through orders. He ignored me. I waited a few minutes(estimate) he never came back to the window he was standing where he saw me and I saw him. He never spoke to me again. I think he was trying to force me to call our him to make a scene, because he was looking at me as he took orders. So I drove off. I think they were trying to make this into something it should not be. I am professional black woman who just asked him to wear a mask and gloves which he had access to. And they have done so many times in the past. I drove away and gave my business to someone else but I truely feel like they were trying to push me to make a scene that is not my make up nor who I am. But if the front of the store is acting like this and the manager is also, how are they handling food in the food prep station. This is sad. I'm just trying to eat I have already taken my insulin now I'm driving to find somewhere who cares how they treat others. The hardee's worker I asked the same thing she said sorry I'm just covering for a minute and she put her mask on, washed her hands and gloved up it to less than 40 seconds. And she did not have an attitude and even said sorry just ran to cover the window for a minute. Did not insult me and did not say I was rude and how dare I ask her of anything. She did her job responsibly and kindly and respectfully. Due to this I was 20 minutes late to work. Thanks hardee's for being professional...

Order couldnāt redeem money back given that JJs and DoorDash work separately. The manager said thatās no way to talk when I said something should be done about it to get the food delivered. He said thatās no way to talk to someone and hung up on me. I called 4 times in a row after that. No answer.
Despicable customer service. You should be embarrassed about how your own manager presents you. You have a flat tire? Okay. It happens. Yet when a customer is scared about their money and trying to ask if thereās any other possible way to get the food thatās paid for and they get hung up? How embarrassing. Iāll never order from them again. Ever. Iām only one person and theyāll do just fine, but I hope they understand how embarrassing they look to represent this place in Alton.

Just took it and my order then sent it out. Now i call in and am told that i cant receive delivery at my location because "its a couple blocks outside our delivery area". When i told them i have had delivery at minimum, 5 times in the last 3 weeks i was put on hold and then told that "we checked on four peoples phones and uh its out of our range. If you wanna schedule a pickup you can." The person who delivered my last order before this happened said he was the general manager and gave me a card for a free side due to the wait times as they had several bulk orders being worked on. So even the gm has been to my house for a delivery and now i am being denied service. Absolutely ridiculous. 0/5...
