We purchased an Ashley 3-piece sofa with chaise, as well as a Parker House swivel power- reclining chair. Both pieces of furniture are really beautiful and the most comfortable things Iâve ever owned. The layout of the store is really nice and the furniture selection is awesome. The prices were reasonable, not really any different from the 4 other furniture stores I scouted. However these were purchased during a weekend sale which saved roughly $400 between both pieces. This made paying a couple hundred dollars for the warranty less stressful. We put $800 down and financed the remainder for 1 year. The financing option is convenient and didnât take much time to complete, roughly 30 minutes. Bob was the salesperson we worked with and he was great. Very helpful and kind, and didnât chase us around the store and make us feel pressured to buy something, but was around to help with whatever questions we had and to show us the type of pieces we were looking for. He also remembered our names after only meeting us once, when we came back a week later. I appreciated getting a phone call a few days before delivery with a time frame of 8:30am-10am. I think an hour and a half window for local delivery is a bit wide, but they were here right at 8:30 on the dot and the phone call as they were leaving the store was helpful, too.
I really donât have any negative feedback regarding our experience. I will say the only thing that slightly irritated me was when a different salesperson âjokinglyâ talked down to Bob in front of us when Bob was confirming that our requested delivery date would work. I didnât like how he joked that Bob always overthinks these little things and weâre easy customers (meaning not picky or super specific with our delivery requests) so he should already know that a local delivery on a Friday with no time constraints will work, and doesnât have to always double-check things like that. I know this other salesperson likely didnât mean to come off in a condescending way, but he did, and I donât know if it made our salesperson uncomfortable, but I felt uncomfortable for him. I just donât like when a younger person talks to an older coworker like theyâre stupid. I would much rather have a date double-checked than find out the day before or of delivery that it wouldnât work and have to reschedule or something.
Anyway, great experience there and highly recommend Fiore Furniture. I will be going back for a dining room table, coffee table and bedroom suite in the next 6...
Read moreThe owner is just about the rudest person walking the Earth. The service man has the personality of a house plant. I purchased Franklin furniture, style is the Brayden. It's 3 years old. Reclined one of the recliners in the live seat last week that I've never used but maybe once in 3 years. The cable broke that reclines it. The guy said that pay isn't covered under warranty and the is a cost for labor and parts, but he isn't charging me this time, like it was a giant favor from him. Well, I'm not sure how that part isn't covered under warranty, as it is THE MECHANISM! I also had such a bad experience purchasing a lift top coffee table from them. I spent over $500 (on "sale"!) from them and had said I only wanted solid wood, no laminate, no particle board... JUST WOOD. They had to order what I wanted, bit assured me that it met my criteria. Mind you, we are 2 working adults that address not home much. Sitting watching TV one evening about 5 weeks after this arrived, I looked down and saw pieces of plastic laminate lying on the floor and the particle board that was underneath it. The owner said that his sales person had been working there for years and knew what he was talking about and I could never have said only wood. Seriously????? After so much argument, they picked that piece of junk up and refund me. For about $125 I made my own lift top coffee table AND 2 end tables. They will be around after the Apocalypse. In any case, I will never buy this brand of furniture again and NEVER shop at or recommend Fiore furniture to anyone. $3000 for 2 pieces of junk that they will not take care of even though there is a lifetime warranty on everything but the steel and wood and mechanisms. I should also mention that the stuffing is awful. It's so bad after only 3 years, but deteriorated after only 6 months. Looks like I'll be taking this furniture apart to put it back together correctly. I'm a woman that isn't afraid. I can't...
Read moreThis establishment will take your money, not honor warranty, treat you like garbage, and then expect more money from you. Adam, the manager of the furniture store can not be trusted. He is dismissive, rude, unhelpful, and will take no accountability for any mistakes that this place makes. He will make you feel like YOU are the problem, when it is HIM! The couch we purchased was supposed to be real leather, turns out it was made with cheap vinyl. Over $3,000 for a new couch with the expectation that we were getting a real leather couch. Not even a year goes by, the couch starts to break down where you sit on it, call the furniture store, and they supposedly wrote down the wrong product # and received the same cheap vinyl again to replace the broken down spots on the couch AFTER paying $300.00 to have the couch fixed. Now less than 2 years later, the couch is breaking down again! (No pets, no children, no hard wear and tear happens on this couch) We call again to let them know and they demand that we pay $1,200 delivery fee for a replacement for the couch!! And Adam, the store manager with no accountability, states that we should be grateful that we are getting a free couch! Are you actually kidding me? This is the most absurd, out of touch response. So after "meeting in the middle" with a $600 delivery fee and rude delivery drivers, this will be the last time we EVER deal with this furniture store. Better Business Bureau will be notified and further action...
