Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Amarillo

I ordered a Pan pizza well done with extra sauce and 5 garlic butters. It was delivered with 5 ranches and dough was not cooked under toppings and no extra sauce. I called to let the store know and a man named Jonathon Thompson answered and was very rude and disrespectful while I was respectful as I worked in this business for over two years. All I wanted was the pizza I ordered with the 5 garlic butters I ordered as this is the main reason I order from dominoes. The personal pan pizza when made correctly is phenomenal. Jonathon Thompson told me, "There is nothing wrong with your pizza (even though I took pictures and hadn't taken a bite) and he "was not going to remake the pizza" and told me to "Deal with it" and hung up the phone. I have never made a negative review for any business in my entire life, but this was so disrespectful that I am doing so. Was very disappointed with the service at this dominoes location...the managers name is (Amelia) went in to pick up my food at 6:50...and tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill...said they dont have change...have to go to down the road to local convenience store to break...come back after I hand her the 100 there's a stack of $20s in the change drawer...makes me drive around for nothing and was super rude just for asking if they could break a hundred...wasnt posted on website or store cant cash $100 bill...if it where 8:30 -9 o clock I would understand...it was before 7...no reason for...then when I pointed it out she rolls her eyes...super disrespectful...thanks for the cold pizzas because I had to drive around to...

Ordered my food and said “leave at door” which means don’t knock and wait for someone. The driver calls and asked the building number of my apartment but still gave it to the wrong person. I call dominoes and they said “I’m sorry he gave it to the wrong person do you want us to send it again or give you store credit”. 1. My food should be free at this point and 2. I should get a refund. I asked for them to send it again and ANOTHER hour passed by so I call and they said “it’s out for delivery”. It never showed up so I called again and they said the same thing. I ended up waiting 2 hours for my food and had to ask for a refund. I have a child waiting at home for food so he can go to bed and he had to...
