We mobile ordered 30 minutes ahead because we had a somewhat large order for a gathering. We arrived a couple minutes ahead of scheduled pick up time. We were told it would be another 15 minutes. 30 minutes later we went up to check on the status of our order. They hadn't even printed it and told us it would be another 15 minutes. The lady did at least offer to give us a drink while we waited but we ended up waiting a total of over 45 minutes for food that was ordered 30 minutes in advance and at least six orders that were placed after ours (higher order numbers) were completed before we received our food. On another different occasion I arrived 10 minutes after open to be told that a chicken sandwich would be another 30 minutes. I don't think I have ever had a good experience at this popeyes regardless of how slow it is. I will not be returning to this particular location if I can help it unless I have at least an hour to spare. It may just be shortstaffed (I counted 5 team members visible to me) post covid but this is consistently rediculous and can not be counted on for service in a reliable time-frame. Read moreIt’s pointless to use the app if they force you to sit through drive thru line to receive your order. So we place order on app, pay, then head to store later for pick up. The sign on the door says inside closed except for pick up only, but the doors are locked. We call and tell them we placed a mobile order some time ago and just want to pick up our food and go home. They tell us we have to go through drive and wait in that line too. So now we have to wait double time because everyone in front is just now ordering their food so ours sits there getting cold simply waiting for them to release it to us. Not to mention while parking and trying to go in (because the sign says for pick up only which is a lie) more cars for in line. This store never knows how to manage itself and continue to drop chicken and fries so it always has EXTREMELY LONG LINES AND MOVES SUPER SLOW, which is the whole reason we decided to place the app order with the understanding we could simply pick up inside, even the app offers PICK UP INSIDE IN STORE BUT THE STORE REFUSES AND KEEPS...
Read moreVisited this place around 9:00 pm on a Thursday night and had the worst customer service ever! Ordered a family meal and was told they had only wings and only spicy. They said it would be about a 15 minute wait if I wanted the 12 piece meal which I was fine with. However when I said I was fine with the wait she became very rude and snapped at me about what sides I wanted. It seemed to me that they just didn't want to do anything at all for us since they were getting close to closing or something. When I ordered my mac and cheese and beans and rice I was snapped at again with "we ain't got no beans and rice." That was it for me. We just told them to forget about it. My wife and I were loyal to the Popeye's chain but this place has had bad customer service about 3 out of the last 8 times we have stopped by. So even though we love the food we will not be returning with our business anymore. We will go back to KFC. So sad that bad employee's can ruin a family meal.
