Awful customer service. I was looking for a new "spot" for Chinese cuisine and found this one. Eating out is a treat for me, so I take care to read the reviews- specifically one where another customer complained about the quality of his order. They had written back with a response of something like "if you had let us know, we could've fixed this for you!" (This is important)
The reviews talking about the general tso's and orange chicken are what really got me excited. So when I come to find out my order was wrong (they gave me fried rice instead of steamed, and sesame chicken instead of orange) and i called to have them fix it, the lady on the other side of the phone was extremely rude. only able to offer me driving 30 min to come back for a little pat of steamed rice, as she wasnt convinced that my orange chicken order was incorrect. (It was wrong.) ive been in the food industry for a long time and i made sure to let her know before she got snippy with me that mistakes happen, and thats okay, i understand ETC. its when she started raising her voice at me and arguing about what I said when I placed the order that i just said "maam, its fine. don't even worry about it if yall dont wanna fix it" I wanna note, I was not very polite to the end of this call, because of the lack of decorum on her part, and raising her voice at me FIRST. ridiculous. You deserve it at that point yanno. I was literally just trying to get this fixed. I didn't care if it was a refund, or gift card, or what. But one scoop of rice??? Not worth my 40$ meal being incorrect. Like I said I only get to eat out very once in a while and it's def a treat to try new places. I would have not made the mistake of putting the order in wrong in the first place. I know what it's like to have a customer irritated with you after a long day and I try my best to avoid having to even ask for help when it comes to my special-once-in-a-while treats like this.
By the way, the value meal is small. The food is just okay. Two value meals and an order of Rangoons will run you about 40$. Let's break it down for everyone just tuning in to the unnecessary drama about a restaurant owner that couldn't retify the problem ...instead blame me. I made a call in order and wasn't told of any extra charges for condiments etc. I brought it to the owners attention and before I finished explaining the issue I was bombarded with negativity and blame. Now I drive by the establishment several times a day. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize there's something not working for this restaurant. Ask the residents of Amarillo what they think about this place and you judge for yourself. Enough said. # Bad-owner . Oh and if your wondering, I spent over $100 for two people. You definitely don't have enough stars to justify your prices or attitude...

Majority of them are negative in some way and You, ask an Owner , do nothing but jump down every person that has a negative experience with your restaurant. You should be really ashamed of how you have insinuated,belittled, and just been plain hateful to them all. Read moreI know there are certain rules and regulations due to covid-19 but i called to place an order right before closing time,in which the manager stated I was the last order taken for the night so I'm pretty sure they were in such a hurry to get out. And some how or another a mistake was taken down, I ordered 4 chicken fried rice no vegetables and when it arrived at my house I checked my order and everyone of the plates had vegetables I wasn't looking for a free meal I just wanted to be recognized on how service can be can sent out and they use the covid -19 as an excuse I dont want a discount on my next purchase I just want u all to know I will not be calling u all for no service it's sad that there are places that are using covid -19to get away with wat they want .
