Apparently when they switched over to their new payment/rewards system all the points you built up prior are no longer valid. I went here two weeks ago and bought a drink, I gave the girl my old rewards card for her to put my points on it. She comes back to the window and tells me that I have over eleven dollars in rewards and asks me if I would like to use them, I did not feel like using them at that time so I told her I did not want to use them and that I wanted to save them for a different time. She handed me my debit card back along with my old points card, she also handed me the new reward points card and told me that I need to start using the new one from now on, however I could still come back anytime and use the points off of my old card when I was ready to redeem them. Fast forward to today, I decide I want to use my points off of my old card, so I pull up to the window and I give the girl who seemed new, I have never seen her before I let her know I wanted to use the points from my old card to pay for my drink. She comes vack to the window after a minute or two and tells me I have no points on my card. How the hell do I have no points on my card beany's when I had over eleven dollars from what one of your other girls told me two weeks ago and I have not used any of them? Makes zero sense. The girl today had to ask the other girls how to even look up the points so I have a feeling she just does not know the system and that is why I all of a sudden magically went from over eleven dollars on my card to zero. Sorry to tell you beany's today is the last day I will ever get coffee from you guys and I have been a die hard beany's customer for at least 5 years now. I will also tell all of my friends and coworkers to never go...
Read moreI love beanies! I try to come there as often as I can whenever I'm in vineyard. Today I was a little disappointed. I saw a cup sitting in their parking lot / drive-thru that someone had discarded. So I decided to grab the cup and ask them at the window to throw it away so that there wasn't litter in their parking lot. When I got to the window after making my order I simply placed the cup on the landing of their drive-thru window and let Lindsay know that it was not my cup and asked if they could throw it away. Another employee, I'm not sure of her name, but she was a different ethnicity than Lindsay, handed me my drinks, And proceeded to tell me that they are not allowed to take garbage through their window and to not bring garbage to give to them to discard. I told her it wasn't my cup and she, For whatever reason didn't want to hear my explanation that it had been litter that I had picked up from their parking lot and it wasn't my personal cup. I didn't like the assumption that I was going against their CDC rules of giving them my garbage, which I wouldn't do anyway. I was simply trying to help keep their drive through / parking lot clean. Assumptions shouldn't be made ever especially of a customer through the drive-thru window. This won't deter me from coming back, I just feel like a little more customer service and appreciation should...
Read moreI usually love coming to this Beany’s location, but today was disappointing. The person who took our order was kind and helpful, but when we got to the window, several employees were loudly talking about inappropriate topics. One of them specifically was worse talking about things like drugs and using vulgar language…which made us uncomfortable.
We also received one 24oz drink and one 16oz instead of both 24oz. When we politely pointed it out, we were questioned as if we were wrong, though they eventually corrected it. The girl at the window was the one who was talking about the drugs. she had an attitude and gave us dirty looks, which felt uncalled for, especially since we had already tipped.
I normally have great experiences here, but today’s service felt unprofessional. I hope it improves because I really do like...
