Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. We live out in Saratoga, but the food is never fresh at the Panda out here where as it’s just hit and miss at the AF location. We checked online to make sure they were still open (it’s winter and some places change closing hours to earlier this time of year) because we're getting a late dinner. On their official website it says the hours they are open are 10:30 AM To 10:00 PM. We pulled up at about 9:35, 25 minutes before they’re supposed to close, and I go to park because I don’t want to eat in the car and if we take the food home, it will be stale by the time we get there. Before I can even finish getting out of my car, one of the employees yells out the side door that we can’t go into the lobby, but have to go through the drive through because their lobby closes at 9:30. Meanwhile I’m staring at a neon open sign on their lobby door. Nowhere online does it specify different closing hours for their lobby and it was not posted on any of their doors that their lobby closes earlier than their drive through. Needless to say, we had to figure something else to eat because I don’t eat in my car and I don’t like old food. If you’re going to change your hours, you need to update it on your website and change the stickers on your doors. We will probably not be visiting this Panda Express...

We just happened to be driving by and were hungry and were in the mood for Americanized Chinese Food made by Hispanics and Caucasians... When we received our food, every single table we tried to sit at was dirty. I can't understand why they couldn't spare one employee in the 8 'o clock hour to clean the tables.
LOCATION Located near Wal-Mart along a busy road is always a good choice
PRICE Kind of the upper end of expensive for fast food. We bought two of those combos with three sides and one drink and it came to $19 something. We just shared what we had with our daughter.
PRODUCT/SERVICE It took a while, and to make it longer, the teriyaki chicken had ran out, and when it came to the serving area, it had to be hand-cut, and even though it was hand-cut, it wasn't cut all the way through, about half of our chicken had to be ripped apart by hand... I have weak tastebuds when it comes to spicy things it is killer. I sampled the Orange Chicken and I didn't find it spicy, but when I ate several, then my tongue started to burn.

Read moreI ordered through the drive through. I was told it would be just a couple minutes so if I could pull around to the front and they would run my food out to me. I waited over an hour. I then walked in waiting by the cashier and nobody came over to talk to me for about 15 minutes. Then I asked if I could just get a refund. They brought the manger out and he explained how he can’t issue a refund cause the corporate doesn’t allow it in store. So he had to print off some paper work to send in to corporate. That alone took him another 20 minutes. Not to fill it out, just to print off the papers. We filled out the paper and now he has to email it to corporate and they have to “approve” my refund and it takes about 5-7 days to happen. I have worked in the food industry for years. I was as patient as I could be. But bad customer service and not showing any eager to help me out in any way while taking your time with it, I can only be so patient for so long.
