McDonald's — Restaurant in Ammon

just went here about an hour or so ago. assitant manager that took our order and cashed us out was VERY RUDE. we went through the drive through as it seemed like the better option. my boyfriend has is slightly mentally handicapped and decided to order himself as he was confident enough to do so. ill admit, hes a little slow, asks the same question every once in awhile but he tried to be faster than normal. near the end of him ordering, the man taking our order started getting very impatient and tried to accuse my boyfriend of messing with him. we are younger and im sure that people try to mess around there all the time but what he did when we went to the window is UNACCEPTABLE. when we got to the window, he started getting very angry and even at one point swore at my boyfriend. he threatened refusal of service and told us that he took a picture of our license plate. my boyfriend tried to explain he was mentally handicapped and the man wasnt having it. it was very distressing for my boyfriend because of his condition. it was such a terrible expierence for us and just overall very angering. as for the food, the fries were hard cold and tasteless. we spent almost $20 on food that was terrible and an experience that will make us...

I came here with two friends and we just wanted happy meals. there's was no one else in the establishment at the time, since they were closing in about 10 minutes. so all three of us ordered the same thing - a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal with extra fries and a small fountain drink. When I ordered mine, the employee forgot to give me my drink cup. that wasn't a big deal because I just asked for it after my other friends finished ordering. once we got our happy meals, we realized they were closing in about 5 minutes. we didn't want to keep the workers there longer than they had to, so we just took our happy meals to our car. in the car, we looked at our happy meals to compare the toys. as I reached in to get my toy, I realized I had no fries! my two friends with me had their fries though, so I was confused as to why mine didn't have any. so we tried to go in to see if we could get my fries, but they had locked the door behind us!! they weren't even supposed to close for another 5 minutes, but they still locked us out! Okay so when I first arrived it was a little busy so the cleanliness I could understand to a bit. But after completing my order and sitting down to wait for my food it had slowed down. When I had received my food which I had ordered a quarter pounder combo when I opened the box to my sandwich as I always take the top bun off to make sure it’s okay and looks good, I had noticed the was three small patties instead of one big patty. So I had taken it up the the counter and asked are you out of big patty’s? The guy was like no? Then I told him well my sandwich is made wrong. So he apologized and said I’ll get you a new one made! Okay cool so I went back to my seat and proceed to eat my fries. After some time goes by and I finish my fries I decided to go and check on my replacement. My sandwich was not known to be remade yet so they got it made on the spot! Cool now I got a fresh sandwich! So I get back to my eat and open it and take a look at it then pick it up and the bun is hard and the cheese is still cold.
