Big Bertha's Pizza — Restaurant in Anaheim

I called and placed an order before I even finosh saying med pizza he says needs to be 20 dollar for delivery. I said ok I wasn't done but ok I will take a large then. I said what I wanted on the pizza and he said ok and the address. I said I am not done. He said oh ok I continued to order 24 wings and I said can i have ranch he said 75 cent each. I said I want 4. I said ok then he said is this delivery. I said yes and gave him my address. I said how much he said 47.13 I said ok. Waited over an hour and the driver calls me says there's no parking I said ok I come out to her. I go out and there is no one. I call her and I say I came out and I dont see you and there iz parking especially when there is a parking lot across the street for the store and laundry mat. Anyways I say are you sure u have the right address. She reads back and I said nope I said Winston she was at Whitfield. Wow any ways she comes and brings my food and she is so nice. I pay her and give her a 10.00 tip. Come to do d out there is only one ranch. I paid for 4 but besides that who the hell would eat 24 count of wings with 1 ranch. So anyways I call back to complain and the its the same guy who took my order I said I wanna speak to the female he said did u order I said yes. He said LG and 6 wings I said no 24 wings. So we playing this stupid conversation and he says again your pizza here I continue to repeat no I received it you gave the driver the wrong address and took down the wrong order. So he says the pizza is here. I said this is the problem you don't know English and suck at taking orders. Just wanna say you lost a customer because of you. And hung up. Ugh learn customer...

Tried calling and was put on hold, which I wouldn't have minded if the woman who answered the phone wasn't so rude. When she finally got back to me I asked for delivery (I had read on their website that they offered free delivery on orders $20 or more) I placed a simple order of 2 medium pizzas with toppings and tried to order tea but she informed me that they did not serve tea. I apologized and explained that I was just reading the menu since I was new to the area. She then replied "yeah we don't have tea" so I said "ok thats fine I see you have juice?" She replied "No. No juice. Only soda" I started getting a little frustrated at this point so I settled for water. She then asked me if I was picking it up. I repeated that I was looking for delivery. She then stated that they only do deliveries on orders of $25 dollars or more and that there is a $5 delivery fee. At this point I was tired of her attitude and didn't wish to give this establishment any more of my time. I politely said "you can just go ahead and cancel my order, thank you" which was followed by her hanging up. Shame, I hear they had great pizzas too....

Really good pizza and the owner Bertha is so sweet! I've been on a mission trying multiple pizza places in the area looking for the best replacement of my old favorite joint since I moved, and so far Big Bertha's is hands down number one.

The crust is crispy on the bottom but nice and doughy on top, large pepperoni slices, good sauce and the perfect amount of cheese. Bang for your buck for sure.

They offer free delivery if your order is over 20 bucks but I just went in to pick it up this first time.
