I PLEACED A MOBILE ORDER AND WHEN I GOT THERE TO PICK IT UP I GAVE MY NAME AND WAS TOLD TO PULL UP TO THE WINDOW. WHEN I PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW ONE OF THE LADIES WORKING THERE HANDED ME AN ORDER WITHOUT CHECKING CONFIRMATIOM AND WHEN I TOLD HER IT WAS INCORRECT SHE PROCEEDED TO SAY "NO, THAT IS CORRECT" I TOLD HER AGAIN IT WAS NOT CORRECT SHE SAID "THAT IS THE ORDER". I CHECKED THE NAME ON THE ORDER AND IT WAS NOT MINE. I THEN SHOWED HER MY PHONE WITH THE ORDER CONFIRMATION AND NAME AND SHE REALIZED SHE HAD GIVEN ME THE WRONG ORDER. THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO SAY THAT MY ORDER WAS NEVER RECEIVED OR THAT I WAS AT THE WRONG LOCATION. I ONCE AGAIN SHOWED THEM MY CONFIRMATION AND THATS WHEN THEY REALIZED THAT THEY DID RECEIVE MY ORDER BUT THEY HAD GIVEN IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. THEY SAID A MAN HAD PICKED IT UP 30 MINUTES BEFORE ME BUT THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE, THEY THOUGHT I WAS UBER OR DOOR DASH AND I TOLD THEM I WAS THE ONE WHO PLACED THE ORDER AND I WASNT EITHER. THE LADY SAID SHE HAD CHECKED CONFIRMATION BUT ITS CLEAR SHE DISNT WHEN SHE HANDED ME A DIFFERENT ORDER WITHOUT CHECKING CONFIRMATORDERMY ORDER WAS ABOUT $60 OF FOOD FOR MY FAMILY. THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO SINCE THE MANAGER WASNT THERE AND I WOULD NEED TO COME BACK OR CALL TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. IVE BEEN CALLING FOR ALMOST A WEEK NOW AND ITS THE SAME THING EVERYDAY ALL DAY. THEIR PHONE IS OFF AND VOICEMAIL IS FULL SO I CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE. I TOLD THEM I NEEDED MY MONEY OR FOOD BUT THEY SAID NO. THESE EMPLOYEES ARE JOW MAKING $20 AN HOUR AND THEY CANT DO SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS CHECKING CONFIRMATION ON A PHONE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. IT IS SAD TO SEE MISMANAGEMT AND THAT THE FRANCHISE OWNER STILL ALLOWS THIS TO HAPPEN, A D BY THE LOOK OF THINGS IM NOT THE ONLY ONE DISSAPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE WITH SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Order is always messed up,most NOT ALL of the employees are just rude there's A night guy and the lady today that couldn't understand I wanted my cup completely filled with ice ALL ICE not hard... or is it? She hands me a drink.. light Ice &overfilled to the point it was pouring off of the top of the lid and when she handed to me it was already spilling over . I grab it the whole thing just opens and Spills all over me, my car door,my car seat and on the side between the seat and the door then she starts insinuating if it's my fault. I get my food and I just head out cuz I have to clock into work and lo and behold what do I have I have a bag of burnt french fries five overly cooked chicken strips and only two sauces. Read moreSo I order Two Extreme Sausage sandwiches add onions, two hash browns and a regular Coke. I walk across the street to my hotel and in my bag are two Jumbo Jacks and no hash browns! So I go back and give the lady my receipt and say this isn't my order. She looks at my receipt, throws the burgers in the trash and goes to fix my order. About 3 minutes later, a male worker waves to me that my order is ready. I ask him is it correct? He nods yes and gives me my bag. I ask him for a refill of my soda and he gives me a bigger refill! So all is good right? WRONG! When I get back to my room, I only have one hash brown! Could you really mess it up TWICE! But what bothers me more was during my order, the entire Latino crew was speaking Spanish the whole time! Now when I was in high school I worked at Carl's Jr in the 80's and when a non-english speaking customer didn't speak English, I was able to speak fast-food Spanish to get the order --- papas, cebollas, sin queso con queso!
