Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Anaheim

Their food is good, standard fare burgers & fries that EVEN beat "In & Out" but as I sat to enjoy them something upset me as outside my "bike" was knocked over..when I ran out to pick it back up..realized THIS wasn't mine so I looked down the drive thru lane see this guy riding off on my Diamond Back and it's locked up. Tonight I'm there again seen this guy holding "something metallic" as he has a friend riding a different bike...they have one guy on camera, this area thanks to that flea bag Tampico motel I reviewed is a great lil' drug zone and I'm NOT talking about stuff you can get there at Walgreens. No phone conversation with Mgr, it's a Franchise but it's a "high risk" place, take ur mace that's what I do...pepper 🌶 spray ONLY works 4 about 15 feet, guy was 50 ft away in 20 sec Worse part owner of the "dropped bike" is asking if I have any cash 💸 availability as to purchase my "new bike" back from him..he is high on meth/ Fentynal chattering over a 911 call...I'm followed for 4mi walking by an other girl shooting dope between her toes behind Pizza 🍕 Hut. Every time I go to eat here, some lame is asking to "trade bikes" ill give u an 8ball or do you have any "white" 4 sale ?? Dude I'm EATING if I had meth forget "that" idea. When approached shift lead provided me a phone number didn't work or lead to Jack in the Crack replacement of my $350 bike w $80...

I’m just coming back from a long drive from IE to Anaheim. I stop to use the bathroom bringing my wallet knowing there going to say customers -only.

I ask them could I please have the code to the bathroom. I’m told the obvious… that it’s for customers but, tell them I intend to buy something but, I have to go quickly !

I was then denied access and was told to buy something first? I find this very insulting and offensive ! I followed up with ordering a regular Oreo shake as I’m about to pee my pants! Explaining this is why I had my wallet but, that wasn’t enough!

I’ve lived here in Anaheim most of my life and now reside in IE! What pathetic treatment !

Never ..have I ever been treated like a vagrant ! I get why they do this because homeless tends to shower in them but, I was dressed in my work attire-professional! Customer service here is disrespectful! I

I frequently visit (Jack in box’s ) all over and this was my worst -experience !

Management needs to school these employees in etiquette ,respect and courtesy!

I will never come back here and I’ve been coming there for many years through out my life!

I when on Sunday to get the jacks party bundle and I ask for one in the drive thru and they could not find it on there system and one of the lady’s so rude told the other girl that was helping me in Spanish if she has it on her phone to order it on her phone app I was like what is going on and I told the girl that was helping me ok I am going to park in the parking lot of the jack in the box and I’m going to online order all that I talk to the girl was inglés and the one that say that stuff in Spanish may think I didn’t understand and so I Oder it when back to the drive thru and one of the Girls told me to wait on the front door so I did when the girl came to me I told her in Spanish I know what the other girl told she was so rude what she say and my mom told the girl if your work partner doesn’t like helping people why she Works her that’s not ok treating people like that and this girl that bring our order she is telling sorry to us we told her that it was ok with her because she all the time was professional with but the...
