When inquiring about their coupon policy, as I am not a frequent customer and was unfamiliar with their specific procedures, the order taker displayed an unprofessional attitude and responded with sarcasm. Despite speaking clearly and audibly, the order taker insisted that he could not hear us and came out to address us in person. This was our first time attempting to use coupons at Wienerschnitzel, and we were merely seeking clarification on the process. There was no justification for the order taker's condescending tone and demeanor to the point of making me feel uncomfortable. When asked if he was upset, he confirmed that he was. It is understandable that working night shifts can be challenging, but if this individual is unable to maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with customers, it may be advisable for him to seek alternative employment opportunities that better align with his disposition. The physical building and grounds itself is in a significant state of disrepair. The overall cleanliness and upkeep looks like it has been neglected for quite some time. This is surprising especially considering that this particular location is very expensive. Their prices are an average of 10-20% higher than other local locations. Read moreI just had the best experience here. There was a problem with my order, so I returned to the Wienerschnitzel, frustrated. When I told the voice in the menu, “there was a problem with my order,” the lady literally walked outside to speak to me, face to face.
They fixed the problem, of course, and apologized. Then, I was thinking, “man, but now my fries are cold.” They replaced the fries, too! (I ordered a combo).
