Worst McDonald’s in the area. I get McDonald’s a lot, and this drive thru takes longer and makes mistakes significantly more than other locations. Today they added awful customer service to the list so I will now avoid at all costs. I went through drive through and ordered a meal and 3 orders of hotcakes and sausage, and an apple pie. I use the 20% off deal in the app. Then at the window they tell me the Apple pie is taking a long time and I have to pull forward so they can bring it out to me. Slightly annoying but not a big deal. They bring out my bag of food and give it to me and I immediately notice it’s small so I look through and tell them they are missing two orders of the hotcakes. I check the receipt and see that they enter the order in correctly so I wasn’t charged for the missing items but this also means I have to re-order them. The employee tells me she can’t help me and I would have to go through the drive-through again or go inside the store. I then try to order the missing items in the app, but realize I already use the code so would have to pay full price. So, I go inside and just ask to talk with the manager. I see the employee go to the manager and come back and tell me that it will be a few minutes. I then watch the manager just continue to do normal stuff like put food in bags for a few minutes and then turn around. She doesn’t say a word to me but just asks the other employee “which one?”. He points at me and she just looks at me and doesn’t say a word so I explain what happened and she continues to not say a word and just walks over to the register and punches in the missing items with the 20% off discount and just tells me the cost only. This is where I get really frustrated. I had her my credit card and she runs the payment and hands it back and still without a word starts to walk away and finally I just say “i’m sorry, is this really annoying to you or something?”, and she just says no as she continues to walk away. Not once did anyone even mutter oh sorry about that. I then go and drive away and noticed that the lid on my coffee is not on tight so some spills in my car. Then I get home and noticed they also forgot the hash brown....

It went to the wrong table, because after about another five minutes they brought the tray over and said "oh this is yours, they gave it to us by mistake" Well that guy took both my fries. So I was livid forty minutes now, I complained to I think he was a manager who offered to get me replacement fries. I was not happy at that and said "No, it went to the wrong table, they might have opened up the food to see what it was." He asks if I want it remade, I said yes. He disappears, I still don't even have my drinks at this point. I wait another five minutes (forty five now) and ask someone for my drink cups. I went back to my table still no food. We decided we were done and said we just wanted a refund at this point, they ask wait isn't this your food? I get upset, because I have to tell the story again at this point, and point out the theiveing table. I was told oh sorry, I guess we did give it to the wrong table but these things happen, I said then why did I have a tent number, did no one read the number? Again I ask for a refund, well we can remake it, (50 minutes) I said I asked for that awhile ago, I would think if you made that kind of mistake you would replace my food quickly, but I guess I was just added to the back of the order line. And I am not waiting another half an hour for you to give it to the wrong table again, I want a refund, now. As I am finally getting my refund I am asked if I want a drink or something else. I said nope, at this point I cannot spend any more time here, as I have spent an hour...
Read moreOrdered a breakfast platter with pancake and sausage today...the sausage looked mishapen and thick, had burnt food particle (didn't clean their grill), and smelled rancid when I opened the platter.
Two weeks before when I previously visited, I ordered the same exact thing and received a plate full of just sausages, no pancake. I went to get a refund after work and the manager/shift lead said he'd put the credit for a free meal on my account, though I haven't received (I did get the refund at least).
Most days I come I don't even have time to check either, as the wait can be 20+ minutes (when I'm on my 30 minute break).
I've racked up 10's of thousands of points and frequent this location due to my workplace proximity, and after 5 years I can say it's pretty poorly managed (and I'm not blaming the manager/shift lead that gave me a refund either). After having come here for so long, I don't find it uncommon for things in my orders to go missing, but I'm not one to be a Karen, I'll take it as I go. Today though, I was given something wholly inedible.
In summary, you'll be saving yourself time by going to another McDonald's. Also, whoever owns this location exploits their workers by chronically understaffing and expects them to deliver. Only thing they delivered was a platter of...
