VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Walked in and didn’t get greeted, but the man can make EYE CONTACT and still have me wait there about 3 minutes for him to flip & take out the fresh donuts. When I finally got help I asked which donuts are fresh and he said all of them. Well that was a LIE because when I told him, I thought the donuts were fresh this one taste stale. He said if you want fresh ones come back after 4am. So I asked to give me my money back and he refused and said it’s ONLY $1.50 until he knew I know my health inspection protocols. He gave me the money and said I took a picture of you, don’t come back. And yelled to get out the store. I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. He knew the donuts were not fresh, If he was gonna lie he could have at least put it in the microwave and maybe I wouldn’t tell that it was so hard and stale. He knew he was in the wrong. Customers are always rite!!

Rainbow Donuts is just super good. It is located in a small strip mall with plenty of parking. It is right near Knott's Berry Farm and Pirates' Dinner Adventure. The area itself is safe and the strip mall area clean. The service here is very nice and they have a great selection of donuts and other things. All of the donuts were fresh and really good. They also have lines of lottery/scratcher machines against the wall if you like those. If you win, just make sure you get the right amount from them. We don't play, but while we were there another customer did, won, and had to remind the cashier to give him the full winnings. We really liked this place and will be back for more donuts and maybe a sandwich.

This place cracked me up! It’s a hole in the wall and the surrounding area is not great which told us that the food was going to be really good. The donuts were absolutely delicious, fresh, like omg amazing especially for the price!! It was funny because I’ve never been to a donut place that sells cigarettes, and all sorts of other random stuff. Definitely worth stopping in and the girl let me know paying in cash would be cheaper which I appreciated the heads up on. Definitely go you won’t be...
