Calico Motel — Hotel in Anaheim

The owner of the motel is a complete scammer.||My wife and I stayed the first night and crashed right away.||The next morning, we found out that...||-There were rap droppings in the cabinet,||-fridge and microwave were so filthy, we could not use them,||-a hole on the inside part of the bathroom door which the owner tried to blame on us when it was there from the beginning,||-stains in the shower bathtub,||-stains in the walls of the room.||We stayed in room 112.||I tried to reason with the owner as soon as I discovered at how disgusting the place is and request for a partial refund; he would not.||I then request for a deluxe king room which I ordered but he gave us a regular which I payed for: he would not.||I then requested for a full fefund; he said no.||I walked away angrily and cursing at him out of frustration and he told one of his workers to check if we had smoked in the room. His worker said no.||I complained to the worker and he said he has our complete support.||I took pictures of all the mess and posted it everywhere online.||I am now currently waiting for bookings.com to return their progress with me, messages the Federal Business Bureau, Federal Trades Commissions, , the department of health,, and my banker, to give me updates on the current situation. I may have to take this to court.||The worker, "Steve", had texted me that the clerk had plans the whole time for us to leave and request a refund.||DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I checked in & i found hardcore pills (PTSD & schizophrenia) in the drawers which i brought to their attention & I turned them into the front desk , i walked in and inspected & nothing seemed like the website advertised. my microwave didnt work, and they were mad because they had to change it .. Im a worker out of town & i need those amenities to work properly .. I also brought to their attention that the windows dont lock, I do not want to get robbed I have alot of valuables & tools from my job. I booked it because it was the cheapest hotel around for my budget. ($625) I also brought to their attention all the damages & the roaches this place had, this was all in the first night i checked in. last night after dropping off my wife at the airport i was locked out & had to wait about 40 minutes to an hour for someone to come to the front & give me a new key... This morning i woke up ready for work to shower & it was cold water ... I dont mind but I go downstairs and tell them that the hot water doesn’t work & he started yelling at me that if i keep complaining hes going to have somebody put me out. I do not feel safe here at all , my windows dont lock , this is nothing like it was advertised. I recommend strongly to reconsider before checking into a room here. I tried to get a refund to switch rooms but Travelocity told me it would take 7-10 business days… great now Im stuck here!!!! Calico motel is horrible to stay at the Indian guy who runs the motel thinks he can scare people by carrying a 2x2 or baseball bat to kick visitors or future guest off the property. We been told that we can get our money back if they charged us wrong and my husband went to the desk hoping to get our motel room over charged us back and the Indian guy was a goof he won't give my husband and the other guest that stayed here as long like us there money back. We been here almost 3 months giving the guy business like we pay in time and in advance the rest of the time but I cannot believe they treat us like crap especially when their room is freaken dirty and stinks and walls are filled with snots and boogers and there hair dryer almost caught my hair on fire. There sink were clogged and we had to buy draino to unclug the damn thing and we still get blamed for causing the clog. I used there cheap dirty face towel to clean there walls and floors up and damn it was black like it's not cleaned well...the housekeeper the ladies is a Mexican women and that lady is lazy as she can be too she complains and whine about the towel she gets back is dirty well lady the towel won't come back dirty if ur doing ur job correctly in the first place dummy. Also the motel room has cockroaches from babies to full grown size walking around the counter tops and walls and bed frames and on our dry can foods too it's nasty and the wall tiles are all fallen apart inside...
