-5* the worst expirience . I live in hotels and have never even been treated like this ever... the rudest guy I have deal with , I booked a day here and made a mistake on the date I need it it so called the hotel , they did not speak English and told me to call back, I called Priceline and they try to contact them just to change the day that's it , not cancel ,not refund , change the date to when I need it it. The lady in priceline try contacting them , well they do not admit Priceline to contact them by phone only by email so the lady left email and told me when you contact them please let them know that I have left an email.with instructions , hahahahahhaa when spoke to front desk guy rude as hell like to me saying there was no email then proceeded to treat me like his little kid that made a mistake and I don't know what I did ,telling me how to do things and what not to do , he does not let you talk unless he has made his point , keeps interrupting you and no matter what you say he won't even listen correctly keep telling you whatever he has to say but does not pay attention to what you are telling him... Mention to him what he was doing and he just said okokokoklkokpklkpkll go ahead what did you want to say and not even 3 words and again he started talking over me ..... No way they will at least lie to you to make it easier on you completely ignorant , does not know how to treat his costumers to make sure you go back , ONE MORE OF THOSE HOTELS ( all they see is $$$$ signs walking in people ) no costumer service experience at all..... This was the first time I use this hotel , did not even got to stay there and got treated like trash since it was a prepaid they just act like money hunger animal instead of making sure their clients are happy , yeha you keep $90 from my pocket for absolutely nothing so you win ha cause someone else pay my room same day so for 1 room got $180 instead of $90 but as a costumer it could have been way more from my part but this people do not care about taking care of theirs costumers but the cash that is coming in. They don't care due to there is millions of people passing throw every year so one less is Nothing .... WE ALL COSTUMERS FOR THIS PEOPLE WE ARE NOTHING AND WILL STEAL FROM YOU AS SOON AS THEY HAD THE CHANCE. if I would have been there logically witch cash in hand and made reservations for one day and before you had the money and ask to change the day ,of course they will do it , they will do anything and treat you nice couse they want the money you have at hand , so they will change your date right there and then but if you prepaid IM SO SORRY FOR YOU .... YOU GET NOTHING I'm done will never ever...

Solid 3.5 motel but I could only give 3 stars on this google review.

I stayed here for a quick vacation to knotts berry farm and stayed on the 3rd floor from Thursday - Saturday. As other reviews have mentioned this place Clean rooms, great friendly service, good water pressure / hot water, mgmt is good about keeping street walkers away / out of the parking lot, and the parking area is well lit too. It's about 10-15 from knotts or Disney and huntington beach isn't too far away either.

The room we stayed in was about the size of a studio apartment. Overall it was well kept and is somewhat modernized, lots of light switchs and bright led lights. I don't really care about TV's in the room but it had some version of cable/satellite on it and it was about a 40" TV. Hot water takes a while to come but once it's hot it stays hot. The motel is right next to beach blvd and is fairly loud until about midnight. Even though it was little loud in the room, the room did the job to wind down at the end of the night for a place to rest my head.

The only reason I gave this a lower star rating is that the beds are bit old + hard/firm and I didn't get many towels and the bed pillows are a little small. That might have been that there was 2 people staying in a queen room but If those 2 things improved, this would easily be a 5 star rating. I brought my own pillow which really aided in comfort though and recommend you bring your own as well.

This is the perfect budget place for a place to sleep without breaking the bank. If you're looking for something that has a breakfast, walking distance to entertainment and/or is super quiet, this is likely not a good fit for you. The check-in/out process was easy peasy and I would totally stay here again...

This Was My 2nd Time Staying At This Hotel I Drive 1 Hour Too Get Away. The Guy I’m Not Sure If He’s The Owner But He Is Very Nice & Treats His Guest Very Kindly. The Property & Rooms Are Clean & Nice! Unfortunately I Won’t Be Coming Back Too This Property Due Too One Of Their Staff Members Or Family Members That Was Very Rude This Morning & Tried Too Scam Me Out Of My $100 Deposit. I Ain’t Never Trashed Hotel Rooms When I First Checked In Sunday Night I Noticed It Was A Little Scratch On The Dresser Okay No Biggie It Was There Already. This Morning When I Checked Out She Checked The Room & Tried Too Blame Me For That Scratch That Was Already There I Told Her It Was Already There When I Checked In. She Argued With Me That She Always Checks The Room Etc. I Guess Now We Should Take Pictures & Report Anything When Youur Checking In From The Last Guest That Had That Room Or Else They Gonna Try Too Accuse Youu For It Sooo They Can Keep Youur Deposit. I Know I Didn’t Do That But She Wasn’t Gonna Finnesse Me Out Of My Deposit. She Waited Too Go Back In The Office Rolled Her Eyes & Threw My Deposit At Me That’s When I Reacted Because That Is Rude & Disrespectful I Told Her She Didn’t Have Too Throw The Money At Me & She Told Me Whatever Just Go Because Of Her Rudeness I Won’t Be Coming Back There It’s Plenty Of Hotels On...
