I went there with my wife and son and when we walked in the girl at the register was cleaning so we waited then manager passes by she said are you waiting for you order I said no I need to place an order please then she said use the kiosk for faster service. So I placed an order on a kiosk while I’m on the kiosk, placing an order a lady and her son walk in and the girl at the register take their order placed my order before they did and then another person placed an order and they ended up getting their food before I did and when they gave me my food, french fries was very cold, so I walked up to the counter again. I had to call the employees because they were in the back laughing don’t have to be one and told her yeah I’m on my french fries course with an attitude they took the french fries and then four minutes later yeah it’s froze. They put in a paper bag instead of calling my name. I left it on the counter for about four minutes until she came back and said this is her french fries, french fries, this was by far the worst service ever wow manager and employees have same attitude I felt because I wasn’t Hispanic I didn’t get help I had to use the kiosk, but the other people that were held at the front register they were Hispanic wow can’t believe it I had to give a one star review. Read moreOrdered food online through the app and went into the restaurant to pick up my order 7:38pm. Associate asked if I was helped, I said no & mentioned I had an online order. She asked my name & provided me a cup for my drink. I could see they were busy with other customers waiting inside like myself so I waited over 45 minutes, with no one asking me if I still needed help. Finally the manager asked what I needed, I said my online order. She proceeded to say well as you can see we are short handed. I replied how would I possibly know who & how many ppl work there? She said that they called my name several times (not once did they, I didn’t move from my spot ) & she said I never replied so they threw my food away. I said why do you think I was still here? She said she thought I was eating 🤯😳and I could not be refunded ($15.91) I had to call. After waiting for then over an hour I left. I’m on hold w.cust service via the phone 20 mins & counting ….. stay tuned for the resolution. After waiting 32 mins customer service was OUTSTANDING, refund provided & given multiple rewards for the inconvenience.She couldn’t understand why the manager just didn’t apologize & make me another order. Read moreTaco Bell in general hasn't changed much when it comes to their food & flavor which I love. It's the one restaurant that takes me back to my broke High school days after school. Lol. Although prices have increased a bit over the years they still remain affordable for the most part. It kinda sucks that this store doesn't expect coupons but it was the second one I visited that doesn't. I'm not sure why I even get coupons. They should at least have some kid of map on line showing you the ones that do except them in your area. I will say that the portion sizes have decreased even though prices have increased. They fill the tacos with a tiny bit of meat & then shove a BUNCH of lettuce inside and sprinkle a little cheese on top. The pictures that show the tacos & other food items filled with meat is absolutely false advertisements because you don't get nearly how much meat as they show. You get maybe a quarter of what is pictured. Staff is pretty quick but it doesn't feel welcoming at all.
