Dunkin' — Restaurant in Annapolis

Poor customer service. Long lines. Racist employees. I Asked to use the rest room while waiting in line and was denied. I was told I had to purchase something, I said I had already been waiting to order for 10 minutes and showed him the cash in my hand. He still refused. Then let some homeless guy take the key and use the restroom and walk out. The only difference was they were both black. I again asked to use the restroom and he gave me an attitude. After that I walked out and have never been back to any D.D. and never will. I did call corporate and file a complaint but i have not been back because it has become the homeless hangout spot...

Dunkin donuts is a chain store so you should know what to expect. This wan had particularly slower service. From the outside this location appears really neat. It has that old town Annapolis vibe. The food was delicious, but dunkin always has great food. I never been dissatisfied about their donuts and the coffee gets me zooming. Great...

I came in to get half dozen donuts. No other customers. Employee politely tells me to wait a minute. She casually spends the next five minutes doing something with a coffee machine. Did she not speak English? Did she not realize that customers come before nonurgent chores? I’ll never know because I left to get to work. Better...
